You look great on the picture Tammy. My face was twice as round when I was around 185.
You can do it!!
Try to eat 5-6 times a day, spacing it out will help greatly with hunger pangs. I have couple of tricks when I am hungry: hot tea, hard candy (6 cal), brushing my teeth (grr, eating after you brush your teeth), diet hot chocolate, water. And believe it or not : exercise!! When I get home i am hungry but I start exercising right away, 10 min into it my hunger is totally gone.

Keep on going girl, we are all here cheering for you!!

TY I am really trying this time when I went to put my 14's on and they were so tight they left marks on my tummy and I was so close to fitting into 12's (an all time low for me)anyway it was a real eye opener for me.I feel really good when I see my clothes fitting loser my face looking thinner I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank you for your support it really HELPS a bunch Tammy

Howdy! You are so sweet Tammy. It is nice to think at least my downs are helping! lol. It's a rough month this month and it is hard to think about all I have to do and exercise and eat well too! So it goes and there is time. I am stopping my unnessecary snacking as of today. No crap! It's making me sick and I did gain over the last few days... not sure how I got up 7lbs but hopefully some of it will go away! Sorry to vent in your diary lol. That should be what my diary is for! So glad you are feeling better and getting back on the ball. You are going to rock those pictures! I am excited to see the 179, 169 etc! I know you can do it! I know I can do it :P lol just have to take it a day at a time right? Take care and hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Howdy everyone aya I stuck to my meal and exersice plan,I walked to and from my son's practice then geared up the doggy when I got home for the hill of death and another mile so a total of 4 MILES!Yay go me I am Back this time!It is ON.
MISHI girl you can VENT anytime in my DIARY I find myself venting in everyones diary ,don't worry the weight will be gone in no time and I mean no time I carry alot of water weight when I gain and the 1st 5 falls of the 1st few days it does give ya that MOTIVATION again that I lack of.
Anyway nothing BUT great Healthy days ahead for OCY Nov Dec....

Hey there!! Loving the new diary here, way to go with a fresh start!!!

I love the pictures you posted, you look so cute in that who day shirt. hehe And your doggie is just too sweet. I love the clothing.

I got my Halloween costume!!! I googled plus size costumes and scored.... I actually found this costume at the store down the street and it looks great.

What do you think? I'm going to be a Prep School Delinquent!

When my size 18's were gettin' tight, I finally had enough!!

{That was my highest ever at 187 lbs..} Talk about full face and double chin..Good Grief! I felt so icky... Not to mention all the other chunky areas..lol

My 14's are now loose! *WooHoo!*

Howdy everyone!! I LOVE the costume MISS "JB"and the chick wearing it has a great built for plus size thats why I could never be a plus size model I am over plussed in the WRONG places lol! You will look beautiful as always.
Well another day I am doing great and when I am not cooking cleaning,exersicing,watching a million kids,and going to games and practices I nosey around on MYSPACE I have found a TON of good music by bands I never heard of plus people I went to school with I am kind of illiterate when it comes to computers and websites ect lol but I learn something new on myspace everyday it keeps me BUSY and entertained lol,also on here to I spen alot of time reading diaries,writing in mine and staying motivated.
I am going to check out the weightloss part on MYSPACE tonight.
Oh I forgot to mention I totally HURT my back playing on the steps lastnight,I crawed up them super quick to chase after the 18 month old and pulled something I have been moaning and groaning all day BUT I may have to walk to practice and back tonight with NO choice hubby left for work and it's going to be a late one if I don't walk I will BIKE pain and all it's not horrible pain on a scale from 1-10 it's a 5 so I can live with it.

If anyone else is on myspace add me "Niapage" I have a few friends from here on there that I like to keep up with.

You are doing great! Your family is just beautiful, love seeing your pics. Those Loritab are great aren't they? Last year at Thanksgiving my mom pulled her back took one and kept on trucking. At the end of our thanksgiving prayer she chimed in "and thank God for Loritab!" LOL. Anyway hope your back is better, and hope your weigh in is fabulous.

Naked mornings are always good - get rid of the kids and make it an extra special naked morning...

Don't forget your measurements to do along with the weigh in - remember that's going to be more realistic measure of success than the number on that pesky old scale...
