Don't forget your measurements to do along with the weigh in - remember that's going to be more realistic measure of success than the number on that pesky old scale... |
Yeah I was thinking of hiding the scale and just hopping on on FRIDAYS only or every other week, because I think it plays a big part on how I do that day.
I can always tell when I am doing good by how my clothes fit. That day.
Ok Hopped on and I was 189.5 Saturday and today 185 so probally 1-2 lbs fat the rest water,I can already tell in my face weird only 6 days.OK we are going FEAR FEST tonight at kings Island and they have a bunch of haunted houses and attractions and of course the all the ROLLER COASTERS are up and running(NO I don't get on I am terrified beyond of height's speed ect lol)
Last time I went to the haunted houses I found the people NOT scary and kind of ANNOYING with getting in the face ect the creep behind me and say "BOOOOOO" routine seems to scare me more than a 16 year old pretending he's eating intestines that is really spaghetti but we are taking my oldest DAUGHTER NIA she's 9 and she will love it.
Ok going to have another good day and my back isn't as sore today as yesterday. Be back with menue later |

Rep Power: 17 | | | Hey tammy, Just got back late last night but thought I would stop by your new diary and read up and see how your doing. Your menus sound great and I hope you have a blast with the kids and your hubby at fear fest sounds like fun. Although alex would freak out he hates scary stuff, but at 3 years old i can understand that one.
I'm glad your doing well and hope you continue to do great on this new journey of yours and can't wait to hear more from you about how things are going. I gotta get back on track with exercise and stuff too as I was with hubby for 4 days and didn't track food/cals and really no exercise besides walking but we did drink a lot so i know that its going to hurt the cals just hope i didn't gain. Thanks again if i haven't said before about doing this challenge its a great motivational tool for a lot of us and i know its a lot of work to do so thanks. I am totally in if you decide to do a christmas one but i know its going to be hard with the holidays i know too cause my sis's bday is the 19th of november then thanksgiving then my bday is 4 days after thanksgiving then christmas so yeah i am going to do all the focus i can get for that time of the year.
keep up the great work girl and ttys, heather |

Rep Power: 81 | | Ok stuck to EVERYTHING on the menue last snack was at 6PM and we didn't get home until 1AM and get this I was starving to death so I ate 2 COMBOS omg TWO thats it wooohoo so only need to add about 25 cals.
I had LOTS of fun at FEARFEST tonight only because I enjoyed watching my kids get jumpy lol BUT honestly the whole thing was so LAME that by the 3 rd haunted house out of the 8 or 9 they wern't jumpy anymore the one guy that was even trying to scare my son couldn't and he jokingly said I am going to get fired if I can't scare ya lol.
My daughter freaked at 1st then she started laughing it of it dropped to 40 felt like 20 freezing cold hungry and people trying to scare us with just a little face paint and prison suits lol that was our last one called DEATH row may have scared me back in my trouble teens day but not this centery LAME LAME LAME...Oh me and hubby argued all night claiming I wasn't having fun because I wasn't scared then he would nick pick at me just trying to START geeeesh One cool thing I saw was this 8 foot creature that greeted us at the gate it was a pretty neat costume and I thought wow this is gonna be great
OK I came baring pics
1st 2 pics me and hubby & Nia and Dallas supporting the HOTT trendy 3-D glasses for the clown house
3rd THE CREATURE I mentioned up there keep in mind he was walking around and atleast 8-9 feet tall look at the crowd around him (size wise)
2 more of the kids in front of some DISPLAYS LOL Check out the LOOK on NIA's face she thinks the things someone is going to come from behind her I should have took a leaving pic totally different facial exspessions *NIGHTERS* |

Rep Power: 89 | | Sounds like you had some fun. They should've had Dan and Roseanne Connor do their haunted house for them...lol. Have you ever seen any of the Roseanne Halloween episodes? Funny! That skeleton was pretty scary, though, imo..
The last time I was at Kings Island I was 8 and got heatstroke and spent the night unable to see and throwing up at the HOliday Inn..lmao. I can laugh now, but it wasn't funny back then..lol |

I agree w/ your comment about how the older shows were funnier! They were! AND they did NOT revolve around sex like current shows do!!
I love your halloween pics! Your daughter looks scared in the one pic! lol Glad you had fun!! You look so cute! |

Congrats on the loss and sounds like you had lots of fun!! Also congrats on your will power and saying no to the "bad foods"!!
You asked me about my french toast I was actually thinking about taking a picture of it .. I should have LOL.
So I mix the milk and egg whites and dip the bread and cook in a non-stick pan. The cream cheese gets mixed with cinnamon, sweatener and a little vanilla if you want. Then I spread the creamcheese mix on the bread and pile them up spreading the cream cheese in between. The topping was ff whip cream and strawberries. It is so filling and yummy!! I never use maple syrup, it is way too sweat for me!!
I am glad my recipes give you good ideas, I will be more descriptive in my diary from now on. I love food and generally I love to cook when I have the time.
Have a great weekend!!!
