TY Bikini korrie! --Hjani I am so trying that either tomorrow morning or Monday I too some of your ideal and my aunt's and made me a tiny dab of FRUIT DIP I used reduced cream cheese 1 TBSP 2 TBSP of fat free whip cream 5 splenda packs and a tiny dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of fruit cocktail juice mixed it all and dipped my grapes in it ,it was so good and will be even better when I go to the store tomorrow and buy nannahs to dip in it,also the freanch toast topping I feel so happy and stay motivated when I run into recipies that actually turn out and taste good even after you sub for stuff.
I used fat free whipped topping instead of mellopuff stuff it's more cals and fat to that stuff.Ok I am off here until tomorrow got to get up by 9am to get my son to his game by 10am my daughters isn't until 3:30 so spread apart and a 30 minute drive from home,it is my sons LAST game but my daughters team made it to the playoffs Tammy

Hey tammy.. you know hajni's menus sound great although i have yet to try them out personally but i may just do that.

You seem to be doing great now that you have made it a point to focus on yourself as well as your family. Keep up the great work and if you need anything we will be here for you too.

HI Tammy,

Hope you had great day!! You tried the french toast, awesome!!
Oh, yeah and I am 5'4" just like you!!! I am "big-boned" (I just love to use this excuse.. LOL) so I generally wear 1-2 sizes smaller than my friends who are the same weight. or the weight just distributes on me differently, who knows.!!! LOL
Anyway, hope you had a great weekend!!
Hajni

Your doing good with your planning and exersicing,Tammy
Hey sweetie!

Pita Bread/Pockets can be found in your bakery section of grocery store..

Sometimes they may put them by the Deli as well.

If you have a hard time finding them, look for a worker and ask them to help ya!

Make sure they are whole wheat..Check the label!

Yogurt is: Fat Free Yoplait... You can use either one: Apple Caramel OR Apple Turnover
