Congratulations. It sounds like things are going well.
You have seen visual results for your hard work - in addition to the results at the scales. It is also wonderful that you have influenced your husband and can see visual results there too.
Well done.
Take care
Love

Good luck with your resolution. 6 pounds sounds do-able. You just have to keep reminding yourself that you are worth it & push yourself to do something everyday. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | eatting habits were good today and yesterday. today i had tuna, lettuce, pinapples and lots of water for lunch and for dinner i'll have some grilled chicken on a salad. so me and my husband have this great plan to not eat out for lunch and let me tell you for some reason it's so hard i know i need to lose weight and not eatting out will probly save us so much money but what is up with this love for greasy, salty food that is just no good. So far i am doing good but the temptation is there "just buy somethig" lol is it just me that has these thoughts? |

Rep Power: 7 | | It sounds like you are doing great so far! I always say this but it really helps me get over temptation; I go look at myself in the mirror when I want to eat something I shouldn't. Or think of it this way, You can eat ANYTHING you want to eat as long as you eat in front of a mirror...NAKED!
So even when we go out to eat I find it helpful to go into the bathroom and lift up my shirt and think to myself "Have I had enough pasta, or pizza, or ice cream or whatever in my lifetime? I think so."
Keep up your good work! |

Keep up your good work! | thanks for putting a smile on my face I guess losing weght doesn't have to be so serious and your right if i did that i would not touch any bad foods. I went to the bank to day and saw myself on the little tv's there and was like "this is why you need to lose weght" i just do'nt like the person i see (bodyshape)any ways still another day of good eatting i'm having a soup for lunch and will have chicken for dinner again |

Rep Power: 7 | | | Don't you hate when you see yourself unprepared? I mean before I even look in the mirror I suck my stomach in until I could almost pass out, I have to tilt my chin up, and pose a certain way...know what I mean? Most of the time I don't even recognize myself if I catch a glimpse in a store window or something! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I had an addiction to soda for a long time to tell you the truth I used to shake if it didn't have a coke but you can do it start small when you want a soda wait as long as you can then the next time wait longer before you know it you won't need them anymore oh and drink water lots of it. |
