Its been a good day Ive not overate, infact i have like 500 calories left so i think ill have a snack later I took the dog on a usual 4 mile walk and i went to the gym. I did an aerobic attack class and some weight training, a total of around 1 hour 30 mins. So pretty active today id say lol.
Ive talked with my dad and im starting my weight training for discus next week. So thats gonna be awsome, im gonna have to get used to being stiff alot lol. Welly anyways im off to get that snack

Well todays been a really hungry day today. Im constantly hungry even though ive had 3 meals and snacks today. So i think i may have had a few to many calories but nothing drastic. I did a 4 mile walk but didnt manage to get to the gym today Ill do the same walk again tomorow, hit the gym for an hour then head to the track. Try burn off the extra calories an hopefully manage to lose at least 1lb by sunday.

Well i havent wrote on here for a while so i thought i should update yall :P Well this week hasnt been good ive apparently gained 2lbs which is really frustrating as ive been working hard the last week. Im really lacking motivation at the moment and im scared im gonna end up going back to my old ways.
Theres only so many times you can stand on that scale and see a fluctuation or just no change at all until it really starts to get to you. I think im at that stage right now. I feel like sitting here and crying cause none of my efforts are getting me any results.
So as of tomorow ive decided a new plan of action Im gonna try slimfast, which means 2 shakes and one 600 calorie meal a day. Yes i know its a faddy diet but i think a little weight loss that may come from trying this will motivate me again. I know its not a long term option but its something i wanna try.
So i bought two tins of the strawberry milkshake today and im gonna start tomorow. So wish me luck :P

Well i started the slimfast diet today and funnily enough im actually not hungry. I thought it would be torture having mostly liquids but i feel fine. Well i do for now that may change tomorow. So i did a 45 min body combat class today so that was a great work out. It deffinately got my heart racing lol. Ive managed to drink the daily recomended about of water which is an achievement in itself lol. I usuallu always end up drinking diet soda instead which isnt good lol.
So compared to yesterday im feeling pretty good and have a bit more motivation. Another 10 lbs by christmas would be so good which is just over 4lbs a month i think :S

Well second day on the slimfast diet and im still feeling ok. I havent done any official exercise except for my usual walking, which i do alot of whilst at college. I only got home from college late cause i had to go to another college to do some stupid training course lol. But i will go to the gym tomorow and work my ass off. Ive decided not to weight myself until the 24th of December. Then i wont be influenced by the scales constantly, cause ive been driving myself nuts with jumping on and off them all the time lately. It would be awsome to get on the scales and be at 170lbs by crimbo though. Would deffo make my christmas for sure lol
So thats me for today

Well slimfast as of today went straight out of the window LOL i think if i tried to drink another milkshake i would of ended up being sick. Ive deffo learned my lesson as far as faddy diets go. Low calorie with lots of fruit and veggies is the way to go Thats how i got this far so why quit now So i just had 3 healthy well portioned meals today with fruit and veggies included. So im feeling loads better now that ive had proper food. The slimfast shakes gave me terrible head aches and i was constantly hungry. The first few days were fine but it deffinately gets to you sooner if not later. I deffo wouldnt reccomend it to anyone else.
I didnt get to the gym tonight cause i had a induction for my new job at Maccys! God the temptation! LOL only joking i think its safe to say i know that stuff is no good for me and i refuse to put it in my body. So i wont be gaining any weight from it :P However i did walk there and back which is a good 3 mile walk so i guess ive not been completely lazy
Anyways thats me for today

Well im officially ontop of the world LOL I promised myself i wouldnt weigh myself cause i knew it would drive me mad if i had gained or whatever. But ive actually lost! 3lbs in 5 days im so happy Im just 8lbs off having a normal BMI! I cant tell you the last time i was considered a normal weight Im so happy i could cry LOL This deffinately motivates me to stay on track and seen this long, hard but so worth it journey through

Well today ive done really well i actually planned ahead for my meals. I prepared them all last night, measured our correct quantities and counted up all the calories. Ive never know myself to be so prepared lol. Anyways here are my meals for today:

Breakfast- Weetabix with skimmed milk 250 cals
Snack- Yogurt 70 cals
Lunch- Prawn stirfry (prawns, veggies an soy sauce) 250 cals
Snack- Mini rice cakes 80 cals
Dinner- Homemade stew (corn beef, potatoes, carrots, gravy granuals) est 400 cals
Snack- Fruit and fibre bar 130 cals

Total calories= 1180

So i think ill do the same for tomorow as im tryna stick with the 6 meals a day thingy lol. I dont think i did to bad but im kinda new to this so ill get better

Sliming World is awsome! lol i just had to get that out there. I mean i started a few days ago and i feel awsome. I dont feel deprived at all, i can eat as much fruit, vegies and yogurt as i want. Today im on a green day so its unlimited rice, pasta etc basically as many carbs as i want Which im liking alot lol.
So today heres what ive had so far:

Breakfast- 2 slices of wholemeal bread with beans (Both B choices gone)
Lunch- Chicken quorn fillet stuffed with cheese and quorn bacon, lots of brown rice and stir fry veggies and a coffee (Both A choices gone)
Snack- banana

Im seriously stuffed after all of that LOL but im sure ill be snacking on fruit an yogurt when i get back from the gym later. I fanybody else out there is doing food optimising (slimming world) let me know. Id love to chat about different recipes and stuff
