Exercise and eating right!

October 17 2007 - 174 lbs
  • 1, 170 calorie intake
  • 6 mile bike ride
  • 1 mile run
    Notes: Breakfast lunch and dinner I had Kashi cereal with non fat milk. I followed the serving sizes. For snack I had 1/2 a cup of apple sauce and water.

October 18 2007 - 171 lbs
  • 210 calories so far
  • 6 mile bike ride
  • 80 push ups so far
