October 17 2007 - 174 lbs- 1, 170 calorie intake
- 6 mile bike ride
- 1 mile run
Notes: Breakfast lunch and dinner I had Kashi cereal with non fat milk. I followed the serving sizes. For snack I had 1/2 a cup of apple sauce and water.
October 18 2007 - 171 lbs- 210 calories so far
- 6 mile bike ride
- 80 push ups so far
