As for exercise, at the moment, I honestly haven't had time. I work, come home, do homework, go back to work, come home, sleep, wake up, go to school and then do it all over again. I guess I could consider work being a bit of exercise, I'm a waitress, so I'm constantly walking around for 5-6 hours a day.
Time to get to today... What I've eaten so far...
2 eggs
1 serving of Quaker oatmeal w/apple & cinnamon
1 Banana
2 Veggie dogs
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 Servings of green peas
3 glasses of water
hmm... does anyone know if 2 veggie dogs count as 1 serving or 2 of protein? I'm assuming 2 for now...
Time to get back to work on that paper of mine, the final version is due tomorrow
okay... i'm not gonna lie, i totally cheated tonight.
in typical student manner, I ordered a pizza, because i'm writing a paper, and there was no way fruit and veggies were going to keep me going while i wrote. tomorrow i will try and do some extra exercise to make up for it at least i drank a lot of water today and did eat some veggies and fruit
oh man what a night! glad it's over with. I was up till 3:30, luckily not smacking myself to keep awake. I had some pizza with some with a couple classical tunes, and it kept me well relaxed until that paper was done.
So here's what I've eaten today
1 Vector Bar
1 Bottle of Orange Juice
1 Apple
1/2 a BBQ Chicken burger from work but only a quarter of the original burgers bun :P Mayo may or may not have been involved...
So far, I worked 3 hours, so there's maybe 2.5 hours of walking in and around the restaurant. Afterwards I took a nice 10 min walk from the bus stop I usually get on at to go home, to the bus stop 3 stops down :P
I'm going to walk to the mall in a bit maybe, I gotta pick up a few things...
Tomorrow, I'm going to weigh myself after Pilates. I hope the pizza hasnt' killed me over too much :P
It sounds like you have a very busy life! From reading your journal, it looks like you are pretty active during the days. Do you have a pedometer? If I were on my feet as much as you are, I know I would get one.
I just stopped in to say hello and keep up the good job.
okay, i haven't really eaten much today. i will admit that because of this, i had about 3 or 4 slices of "italian bread" at the restaurant this evening. however, after my shift i thankfully chose to have a ceasar salad instead of pasta (i get a meal after each shift) and brought it home and added some chicken strips. very good! it's also good to note (at least i think) that my ceasar salad is made with an italian oil based dressing, rather than creamy. i think that's a good thing right?
i'm currently downing my 4th or 5th glass of water, i'll make sure to have some more before the day is done :P
does anyone drink their 8 glasses of water before weighing themselves? i'm not weighing myself until around 7 or 8pm tomorrow and i don't wanna have a lot of water in my system then (like "17lbs" ha ha BL) when's the best to drink water when i'm weighing myself at night?
ohmigosh ohmigosh ohmigosh! i lose 3.5lbs!!! woo-hoo!! I didn't think I could do it on my own, and I totally thought I wasn't going to lose because of all that pizza and junk i scarfed down on paper night, but lo and behold, I did it!!
I weigh myself in at night cause I use the scale at my gym, it's more accurate than my own scale (which I hate) and I'm only at the gym on friday nights when I'm there for pilates.
I need to thank everyone that's commented on my diary here so much for their motivation!!
I went out for sushi yesterday with one of my friends, and then afterwards, had another awesome workout playing DDR. We've decided every week from now, we're going to play that game, cause it's so good for our legs :P and we're like, sweating and breathless by the time we're done :P it's also crazy fun
Anyways, I'm off to have some brekkie, then get ready for work. i will report in later!

Today I didn't give myself enough time to get ready for work, so I ran out the door for a 3 1/2 hour shift at work without breakfast, and I was starving by 1 o'clock. I caved in when I was offered ice cream, and it was soooo good. But for the rest of the day, I'm going to be munching on some veggies and fruit that I picked up at the market before coming home. I'll make a chicken stir fry and bring it along to work so I can munch on that.
I'm getting excited because my birthday is a month and a half away, and it's all starting to come together. I have a dress in my closet and I'm hoping to fit into it by my birthday.
oh ps- i've had 2 glasses of water today (so far)
The suggestion of a pedometer is really Omega's idea. She gave it to me, and I just passed it along.
I bought a dress too....but it was a little large from the start. I'm hoping that I will be wayyy to big for me to wear to hubby's Christmas party this year.

I have goal pants. Does anyone else? They are a pair of really hot, sexy looking white khaki/jeans in size 12. I got them at an Esprit warehouse sale for $10 (original price $84.99) and I plan on looking very hot in them, hopefully very soon lol.
Today, so far, I've had...

roomate is grumpy and telling me to do the dishes more. he has a point, even though I barely use dishes, and it's usually him and other roomie. *grumble grumble* we need a dishwasher. i can't wait to buy my own place and live with some of my girlfriends. sometimes guy roommates suck.
Last night was crazy hella busy at the Italian Restaurant I barely had time to think. We have 27 tables and can seat 54 customers, and we were completely full last nite, and were turning away tables. I was cleaning tables, giving water and bread and running non stop for 4 hours. phew! here's hoping it shows when i weigh in on friday :P
I'm heading out a friends house for a girls night/sleepover after work. We're carving pumpkins, watching Spice World (cause we're going to the concert when it kicks off here on Dec. 2nd!!) Josie & The Pussycats (cause we love that movie) and x-files (because David Duchovny is soooo hot)

oh, what an awesome break from work. i headed out to my friends house last nite and we stayed up till 5 in the morning catching up on everything, and then tonight i went to Fright Nights with a bunch of friends, i won some bunny ears that i'm going to wear to a party at my school on wednesday, but i seem to have lost a bit of my voice from screaming so much in the haunted houses, ha ha.
i'm not going to post what i ate today, cause it wasn't good. it was my once in a bluemoon day off tho, and tomorrow i plan on being completely on track
anyways, i have to be at school in 8 hours, so i'm off to bed, I will post tomorrow and list *everything* promise
Okay, I'm at school right now, and I have a few minutes, so I thought I would "report in"
Had some oatmeal today (apple&cinnamon) and like, half an hour. It was soft, not very tasty. I prefer my Golden Declicious' crunchy, not soft- that's disgusting.
I'm also drinking a bottle of orange juice. does that count as a fruit? lol
