AWESOMENESS!!! I went to the gym!! I hadn't gone for such a long time, but I felt so motivated by hearing about Time2Change's daily routine that I decided to try and pick up the habit again. I felt so good afterwards!! I went on the stairclimber, then the exercise bike, and then did a little bit of weights- was there for about... 40mins?
Anyways, picked up some Lean Cuisine meals to throw in the microwave for lunch sometimes, and a bunch more fruit. I'm really loving strawberries right now.
I'm meeting up with my mom for coffee in a bit, not too sure what I'll pick. I indulged in a starbucks cinnamon dolce latte last night (decaf and with soy, cause i have a dairy allergy) and it was so tasty.
So today for lunch I had a LC Oriental Chicken dish. I think that's what it was. It was good. I'm going to go munch on some fruit and drink some water before heading out.

Sorry I haven't been here lately. It was halloween, and me still being a college student, you know I had to go out for a crazy night, lol. it just sucks that it was 2 days before i have to weigh in. oh well. let's get to business...

Hello hello!
Well today I'm happy to report that even after all that horrible eating/partying that comes with being in college, I managed to lose another 2.5lbs! All I've gotta do now is break that 40 and I'll be rollin! I'd love to lose at 20lbs before my birthday (it's 6 weeks from now) so the count is on. Went to the gym again yesterday... did I mention that already? And then I had pilates tonight... what did i eat today?
1 Vector Bar
1 Banana
2 Slices of thin-crust pizza
1 Pepsi
1 Strawberry Fruit Smoothie (from a bubble tea place, made with real strawberries, juice, and ice)
1 real fruit strawberry fat-free bar
As well, I worked for 3 hours today, it was moderately busy, then i walked all over downtown trying to find a swanky-chic place to host my birthday- it was found! yay
anyways, i'm out!

I'd like to lose 20 lbs in six weeks, too! My husbands company Christmas party is Dec 15 and I *really* want to drop some weight before that. When I saw a photo of us 2 yrs ago, I looked like a fat cow! And I don't want to look like that anymore!
You are doing a great job and I know you can lose the 20 lbs!

So it's early morning, all I've had today is a Vector bar, maybe I'll cut myself up a few strawberries...
I'm going to work today and not looking forward to it all. After I'm done my first job, I usually have a 2 1/2 hour break in between in and my next job... but today there's a party at the other restaurant, so I get no break at all, and I have to go straight to the other job... not cool, i'm going to be so tired
Sounds like you've had a busy day! Did you get a pedometer yet? I'm curious to see what it says. I *know* you gotta be doing a lot of walking each day just with your jobs.
I joined the Christmas challenge. I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs a week for my goal. I haven't weighed myself in 2 days... I'm almost afraid to!

just a quick note before i head off to work- finally got my own pilates dvd to do during the week, and! i also picked up a pedometer! will let you know tomorrow how much i've been walking all day. i also think i'm going to get what stacey calls her RHC (red headed cousin) :P soon cause i'm soo damn hungry and that always happens to me two or three days before...
