ok, so I bought that pedometer... but then totally forgot to wear it today!!! grrr.... i did so much walking today too! well let's get to it...
1 Vector Bar
2 Eggs
1 C. Grapes
1 glass of water
1 serving of carrots
exercise:
work- 2.5 hrs
1/2 walking at mall grocery shopping

well... today did not start out as great as i would've liked... i woke up at 6:30 to get ready for school, rushed out the door for my 8:30 class, went to the library to read up on an assignment we were supposed to write about in class, showed up 10 mins late only to find out that the class was cancelled :beatdeadhorse5: stupid stupid stupid...
well, i also rushed out the door forgetting my pedometer, but it's on now, so i'll report in later with the count...
so far i've eaten...

1 Apple
I also walked around campus for about 15 mins, and walked to a farther busstop which took about 10 mintues
ok, i'm out- time for work in a bit, maybe i'll squeeze in a 15 min powernap lol

Walking to the next bus stop is a great idea that little bit of exercise and you will hardly notice!!! I have starting parking at the far end of the car park at work not the 10 mins your doing but 1 step in the right direction

work actually went by quite fast today, it was a bit busy and yes i finally got that dang pedometer on... i don't really know it's function... maybe just so i can see how many steps i take, and then i'll try and beat it the next day?
i'm munching on strawberries right now- absolutely delish! starbucks has brought out their christmas drinks and i may tempt myself and pick one up at some point- my mommy gave me a gift card when we were out one day- starbucks always helps me feel more in the christmas spirit. oh commercialism, what would our holidays be without you? lol

Aside from the walking I did earlier, I worked from 11:30-2:30, only stopping to talk for about... 25 mins out of the shift.
I walked for about 15 minutes to the gym after work and worked out for about half an hour on the eliptical, exercise bike, and then did some weights. Tomorrow is my weigh-in, so I'm hoping I can be good today to make up for the bad beginning of the week... lol
Unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me that I called you Stacey. I'm kinda ditsy....lol... and I have zero concentration skills... Sorry about that.

I bought a pedometer, but I forget to wear it half the time too. Mine was not adding my steps properly while it was attached to my waistline, so I put it on my shoe. Then it fell off somewhere in my house and I couldnt' find it. I finally found it this morning. Lucky my dog didn't chew it up!
I just stopped in to say hello and to offer my support.

Anne, you will be happy to know that I've used up all my credits at the gym, so it's time to renew- yay!
unfortunately, my "aunt flo" has decided to visit this week, of course, arriving the day of my weigh-in. so... luckily i weighed myself yesterday, and if today is considerably higher, i'll go with yesterdays weight, cause i wasnt' so bloated, lol.
yesterday along with the rest of the stuff i had, i ate...
1 ceasar salad
1 fat-free frozen real fruit bar
10 whole-wheat crackers
i finished the night off with a 10 min pilates workout. goodtimes.
i always have to snack while watching grey's anatomy... <3
anyways, time to make some brekkie
THE WEEKEND IS HERE! WOO-HOO! i'll be heading home on sunday to go visit family! yay
so... i am going with yesterdays weigh-in cause i had dinner right before pilates, which i where i think the extra lb came from... usually i go pretty chillaxed on the weekend, but i think this week i'm actually going to kick it up a notch and stay on track the whole week! that's my goal- here's hoping i follow through on it...

As far as the pedometer goes, mine will tell me how many steps I walk, or how many miles. I set it for miles. I need to ask Margaret where she puts hers. I had been putting mine on my pant waistline, but it doesn't seem to catch all my steps. I know if I walk 2 miles at the gym, it should say 2 miles, but sometimes it doesn't. It could be a mile off.

so i had a horrible time sleeping last nite- rolled around in my bed from 11-1:30, finally woke up, went on the computer for a bit, and then tried going to sleep again- woke up again 7, went to the washroom, back to sleep, then woke up again at 9, then again at 10:15. ugh. i'm going to my parents' tonight so hopefully i'll get a better sleep there
today all i've had so far is a Vector bar, i feel hungry, but i don't want to eat... stupid aunt flo...
ok, time to get ready for work- i get all day tomorrow and monday off, so i'm going to take it easy...
