If not, here's a pretty cool link to help you learn some basic anatomy. It's nice simply b/c it's free and you can quiz yourself.

They don't come right out and say it, but you need to know your anatomy for that test. For instance, they aren't going to ask a question like:

What muscle has a minimized stretch due to the incorrect performance of this stretching exercise?

a. bicep
b. hamstring
c. quadricep
d. shoulder

Instead, the answer options are going to look something like:

a. brachialis
b. rectus femoris
c. semitendinosus
d. deltoid
