In any case, the fact that you seem so motivated is definately going to work in your favour for the 30th March. You'll be in your dream dress, I'm sure! | thanx auburn!! i feel great!
the thing is i don't have a tape that measures in inches. lost it. lol. so i measure in inches and convert. don't mind which one i use. wotever i have.
weight is always fluctuating and scales aren't very accurate i find. i can step on 10 different scales and theyll say something different. or the weight changes evryday because of water retention and stuff. inches are more accurate i find. also i only lost 2lbs but so many inches so i prefer the measuring method.hehe!!
i can't wait. i hope i fit into a size lower than now!!! i haven't bought one yet. am going to wait closer to the time.

Rep Power: 85 | | Everyone's weight floats up slightly when they are retaining water. The good thing is that you can predict when it will happen and mentally adjust to be happy that you are not really putting on. A pound or two is ok - more than that makes you re-evaluate how good you have been recently. I have heard of some people putting on 4 pounds - but in all honesty I think that you get to have a feel for what is normal for your body.
I certainly take measurements - but I see a loss on the scales quicker and am always impatient to see some positive results to reward me for my hard work. |

i would love for the scale to go down quickly but i think i am at a stage now where i need to tone up more than lose weight. and muscle is denser than fat so im stuck with slow loss. lol!!
its cool though as long as i get to fit into smaller sizes im good lol!!

Rep Power: 24 | | | Month 2 - Day 2 Month 2 - DAY 2 - 28 dec 07
weight = 161.5lb (-0.5)
water = 2.5 litres calories = 1500-1600
excercise = 25 mins body workout,20 mins cardio
avg heartrate = 142, max heart rate = 178
75mins walk.
right so that is the basics. i thought i would update before i start my essay. i get distracted sooo easily. calories have been better today. in the range they should be plus only about 200 were from junk food.the rest was all healthy eating. i am impressed!!
excercise was great. that cardio was a mission after the weight training but i knew it would make me feel good. i don't mind excercise as much now. i used to hate it when i started a month ago!
went for a walk with cousins today. long walk, window shopping etc. near the end it decided to pour down!!! got drenched lol but also walked the last bit really quickly, running almost so that wasn't too bad lol. bad wether actually helped today.
thats about it better get back to the essay writing. sigh.

Rep Power: 24 | | | Month 2 - Day 3 THANX MARGARET!!! Month 2 - DAY 3 - 29 dec 07
weight = 161lb (-0.5)
water = 2 litres calories = 1400-1500 (30 'bad')
excercise = 35 mins cardio
avg heartrate = 150, max heart rate = 186
today has been good calorie and food wise. i wish i had done more excercise today. was hoping to go for a walk but the rain is not wanting to stop so there we go. as long as i do an average of 30mins a day im happy.
progress on the essay is not so good! have not made a start. i hate procrastinating but always end up doing it anyway. so here we go one more time it will be a last minute job. not good for my health at alll but the holiday period is sooo busy and i dont want to stay up late at night because i excercise in the morning and don't want to be lethargic for that. just keep going around in circles really. hopefully after JUNE it will be a lot better!
i am thinking of buying a good workout CD. theres this new ultimate workout 2CDs. not a bad price either. might invest in that soon. tomorow maybe.hehe!
keep up the good work everyone!

Rep Power: 85 | | Hi Angel
Well done with the food. You seem to be controlling calories and avoiding bad food.
Try and get round to your essay. You will gain a feeling of freedom when you get it done.
Let us know if you buy any CDs etc and whether you are pleased with them.
Good luck for tomorrow.
Take care
Love
