Morning Sweet pea!! Hope your doing well today!!! Omega mentioned beans, I love beans! I eat them regularly as Black Beans our my favorite! I put them in tortillas with cheese and salsa, very, very good and great source of protein.

I think a pound of week is a GREAT accomplishment!! Taking it slowly is how people keep it off for good, so I think you are definitely on the right track. Keep up the great work, as I'll certainly be by to check on ya!!

Hey Angel doll, you seem to be doing really well. 1lb a week is great and very healthy. Dropping too much at once makes it easier to gain it back.

LOL. I don't know if this is an American ditty or not... Have you heard it before?

Congrats on being down a lb!

I never got into the Aussie soaps much. But I'm not much of a soap opera person. We lived in Melbourne (hubby's hometown) for a year, and it was VERY hot some days in the summer--40+C. Winters are mild--no snow. The Aussies think it's cold if it gets below 5-10C, but that's very warm for a winter to me, coming from Michigan. I think it's sunnier in Western and Norhtern Austalia, but Victoria certainly has its share of cloudy days.

I kinda like British weather, call me crazy. I like the mildness of it--usually not too hot or cold. I love 10-22C weather.

Wow 2" is a great loss!!!
I agree with everyone beans is the way forward i can see a lot of means on toast this week LOL

Aussie soaps you gotta love em, neighbours is the best i so wanted to be in it when i was little LOL, I have totally lost track with home and away but trying to get back into it alf and sally are still in it them and leah are about the only people i know its going to be hard work catching up!

Hope weigh in today was good for you

Congrats on a -1 lb loss that is gr8 seeing the scale
always on the low lol!I so love soaps and anything that smells good I am always in the shampoo isle opening and sniffing out the good smellys lol.
Good to hear a gr8 back to school day,and your students excited.

i don't mind lentils and beans...i just can't eat baked beans...can't stand the ketchuppy bit. too sweet for me. wierd i know!

omg! anything above 0 is warm!!! britain weather is very unreliable...if you like surprises then yeah its amazing lol...every second is a surprise! i can't believe you live without snow...okay we haven't had any where i live either but i hope we do this month! but i think i would give snow away anyday for nice warm weather...i am a confused child...

neighbours has gotta be the best!!! home and away is ok...colleen is the best character...i love her...other than that its ok. its a bit boring ATM but it has its good days.

thanx tammy!! i love the scale when its on a new low but lately it just has summit against me...i want to see 158 again!!

so i didn'tupdate yesterday so i'll do it now.

MONTH 2 - WEEK 2 - DAY 7 - 10 jan 08

weight = 159.5 (-1)

calories = 1200-1300 (0 'bad')

water = 3.15 litres (constant constant drinking!)

Exercise = 45 mins walk + 10 mins bike, 10 mins cross-trainer, 10 mins treadmill, 15 mins step aerobic = 90 mins!!!


not a bad day yesterday...will update todays weight and mesurements later today! gotta get some fiber!
