hey not a bad day so far. haven't excercised today..yet! don't ask...long story. we better see losses this week. we are doing amazing so far.

ooooh forgot about Bikie! i really do neglect Bikie! only spend about 5mins a day with him if that. i bet Bikie loves it when you give him so much time and attention!!

Month 4 - week 1 - day 3

weight = 161.6 (-0.4)

calories = 1100 (should eat a bit more before i sleep)

water = 2.5litres+

Excercise today: 3rd March 2008

5 mins bike

total = 5 mins!

yep that's right 5mins. not very good today. woke up early as well and finished all the housework and then watched a bit of much needed daytime tv. anyway next thing i know mom is home at 2pm and she finds her way into the gym and makes herself at home there for the rest of the day. oh btw thats where her computer is. she has been sat there all day doing some work or other for tomorrow. anyway i just about got time to do 5mins on the bike. was supposed to be an ST day today and there is not enough room or confidence for me to do that with anyone other then my bro in that room. so yeh not much excercise today.

anyway i decided to do this dissertation when i realised i wouldn't get a chance to excecise. i have been sat here for most of the day adn just can't get the hang of it. and because mom is stuck in that room all day...guess who is stuck with the housework all day. yep me. so between juggling the housework and uniwork i think i have forgotten to eat!

on a side note for anyone who watches or follows tennis...wth happened to federer today. i mean i should be patriotic and be on murrays side and i am proud of him that hewon but realisticly wth happened! that should have been an easy win for a world number one! gutted i can tell you. i hope he does better at wimbeldon!

oh well maybe i whould stop procrastinating and either get some work done or get some sleep. atleast i might visit some diaries first.

Well, the cat IS male.

Wow, Federer lost to Murray! He seems to be off his game lately. Murray leads 2-1 against Roger now--not many people have a winning record against him.

i know its crazy...i mean losing to Nadal is one thing but losing to unseeded players!! i think this may be the start of his losing and someone else might be no.1 soon. i hope not!

Well you did far better than I did. I made supper with all intentions to workout afterward, but then sat down to watch some tv and before I knew it I was seeing the backs of my eyelids!

I didn't sleep too long, but it made me sluggish enough that if I did workout I would've been too energized to go to bed later on.

I am looking at fitnessmagazine and saw an add for "Strong, Sexy Abs". I thought maybe we could make our name something like Sexy ABS. ???

Hey, five minutes is better than no minutes. I'm going to be doing my exercise at something ridiculous like one a.m. since I wound up taking a very long nap this evening. And I hear you about not wanting to exercise in front of other people--this is why I have an elliptical machine, dumbbells, and a balance ball in my living room! Doesn't do much for my decor, but it keeps me moving.
