i hope you got your excercise in! i have a home gym because of my confidence...or lack of lol and plus there is no decent gym where i live. hehe. its great having equipment at home...you can use it whenever you want!!

5 mins bikio
10 mins X-trainer
15 mins treadmillio

30 mins ST

DB squats
Romanian deadlift
Biceps
Triceps
Abs

Total = 60 mins!

Month 4 - week 1 - day 4

weight = 161.6

calories = 1500

water = 2.5litres+

Excercise today: 4th March 2008

30mins cardio
30mins ST

total = 60 mins!


not a bad day overall but 1000 of those calories consisted of lunch at uni (macaroni cheese and pizza!!!) which was not a good idea considering after breackfast and lunch i only had 250cals left. i managed though with the help of excercise and water!

my stomach is not happy with the cheese though! i thought it gets better soon. it just feels so bloated and heavy. i really don't want to measure my waist at the moment!

got a lot of work to do for uni ... ugh! got a presentation to do on friday. its pass/fail so shouldn't be too bad but then next friday i've got a 3000 word essay in! and then 2 weeks after my 8000 word dissertation and the next day a test and then i'm back at school until the end of the year. its just such a mad rush now but i'm loving it. i love working under pressure!

I'm good with ABS of Steel too.
Glad you got in your exercise! I got in 40 min. on the elliptical, it sure does feel better than yesterday.
