Month 4 - week 2 - day 1

weight = 162.0 (-0.8)

calories = 1400

water = 2.5litres+

Excercise: Saturday 8th March 2008

45mins ST
75mins cardio

total = 120 mins


the day started great with the new low measure! didn't lose much over the week but who cares as long as i'm losing inches. had a brilliant wokout today especially since i was watching lost for most of the time. got about 2.5 hours left to do before friday now. also completed day 4 of the no junk food week...pretty good since i was tempted by wait for it...cake...chocolate...biscuits and PIZZA! so anyway i've decided on friday i am having pizza and chocolate...within the calorie range ofcourse.

thanx NJ! i can't wait till friday...i will have handed the 3000word essay in and will have a break for a few days. i did a lot of cardio on the bike and some weights and floor excercises. it was really good. i'm going to do some more cardio today soon. hope the weather is good for you.

thanks. it was tough but i managed lol

i watched the first 2 of the first season...i'm watching season 1 and 2 and then buying the 3rd one and watching that before the 4th one comes out on dvd. should be good. i think i saw that thread and then reaslised it was the 4th season so i know a bit of what might be gon on but will not go there again.

thanx. i'm nearly there ut keep floating up and down at 161-162. hopefully by the end of the month i should be in the 150s. have a good weekend yourself hun.

just finished with 100 mins of cardio...total so far this week is 250mins! hope you are all doing well with the excercise and the cabbage and whatnot lol!
