angel, good job on your calories and exercise! I like that you write down your water consumption as well. It reminds me that I should drink more water! That is my downfall. I grew up on kool-aid and other sugary drinks but I really try to drink more water, I just forget some days. Keep on doing what your doing! Great job!

Yup, NPR is basically the American equivalent of the BBC.

So 5hrs each eh? Your team appears to be full of masochists. I can't remember exactly, but I am pretty sure week 2 requires a lot more exercise than week 1.

You will love Seasons 3 and 4--very interesting.

Oh I'm not so much the masochists as the other two are. I am all for exercise though as I do need to up it so this is a good boost for me.

Hey ANGEL!! So you managed the Cossack dance? I have bad knees so I'm not going to attempt the dance. Lol!!

As for drinking more water NatalieJo, I wash out my water bottles each day and keep refilling them, then count how many bottles I drink. Be sure to sterilize them with soap and hot water or you can keep ingesting the same germs. For example, if you have a cold this will keep you sick. I am about to purchase a SIGG Aluminum Water Bottle. It's a great design, easy to keep clean and environmentally friendly.

Hi Angel. Well technically you don't have to get in 5 hrs of exercise this week - and I thought it was that as a team we had to get in 4 hrs and 17 min. So really we are going above and beyond. And you are definitely going above and beyond.

1 min. of the dance, eh? So you conquered it? I wish I could see ya do it. That would be cool.
