haha. i just about managed it. any longer and i would have collapsed probably lol! i was out of breath for ages after and my legs were gone but atleast i got it done . hope you're having a good week.
Hi Angel. Well technically you don't have to get in 5 hrs of exercise this week - and I thought it was that as a team we had to get in 4 hrs and 17 min. So really we are going above and beyond. And you are definitely going above and beyond.
nah lol...4hrs and 17mins each. i have gone above and beyond 5hours today by 15mins lol. so if 1 ov u guys wanna relax u can do lol!

Well I don't know what I was worried about. I went back thru my diary (not counting that Wed. I worked out like a banshee either) I've already got 4 hrs in (including today's workout.) So I'm good. I just have 16 min. to go (cause the real total is 4 hrs and 1 min.)
A-n-g-e-l... so awesome you did the dance, too! I got through it last night... I was happy I had my car to drive me home from the gym... And seriously, I'd totally do it again if it was between that or five cups of boiled cabbage!

thanx hon! i'm glad we've all got the detour done now. just got the excercise to worry about now. i did the dance just before bed so had all night to recover lol. good job you had the car...i could not have walked after that dance. have a good day
yesterday was a better day. i think i had about 1600cals and lots of water. my weight was down to 159.8 today! woohoo! first day in the 150s!!!! my lowest weight so far as well!! i hope i can maintain it for weigh in day but knowing Scalentino he'll push it right up again.
got the rest of my essay to do today. i think i know what i'm doing now. brough a wholeload of books from the library today and now my arm is killing!! i think i should count taht as excercise! haha
oooh i did get a 30min walk in though today so i am well over 5hours this week now. can't believe it. if only i could forward excercise minutes
my mumsaid the other day that my cheekbones are more defined now or summit of the sort. basically she can see my cheekbones a lot easier now then before. can't believe it especially since i haven't noticed a change in my face since the first month of this change in lifestyle business! and believe me if my mum notices something its a major change lol.
oh well back to the essay now. hope you're all having a good week.

Doesn't it feel great to get positive compliments? I realized, when I first started losing weight, that my face was the first thing to become defined. It seemed my cheekbones just protruded out of no where. Now I have very angular features and have NO IDEA what side of genetics they came from, to be honest. I think most probably my mother's side. They're all tall anyway, so I'm assuming I got most of my imparitives from her side.
Anyways, enough about me, LOOK AT YOU!! YOU GO GIRL!! You wait and see, you'll be down to like...157 in no time and then it's seven more pounds until the next milestone. This is so great to hear Ang, you keep it up girly!! Big, big and even bigger hugs!!
