Doesn't it feel great to get positive compliments? I realized, when I first started losing weight, that my face was the first thing to become defined. It seemed my cheekbones just protruded out of no where. Now I have very angular features and have NO IDEA what side of genetics they came from, to be honest. I think most probably my mother's side. They're all tall anyway, so I'm assuming I got most of my imparitives from her side.
Anyways, enough about me, LOOK AT YOU!! YOU GO GIRL!! You wait and see, you'll be down to like...157 in no time and then it's seven more pounds until the next milestone. This is so great to hear Ang, you keep it up girly!! Big, big and even bigger hugs!!
thanx Rach. it feels great to get compliments and it was my first since i started this whole thing in november. it made my day and week lol. i'm still made up about it! my face was the first thing for me to see a difference in but after that initial change i haven't noticed a change again bu obviously it is changing. shame i don't have any pics to compare.
i can't wait to get to 159 then i will have lost exactly 10lbs and then 154 because that will be under 11stones and then it'll be into the 140s --- all the milestones seem to come together! its great lol!

not a bad day yesterday. i got all my water in and a 30min walk. having a rest today. might have gone high on the cals a bit but not by too much. scale is saying 159.8 again today so hope it is as kind tomorrow for weigh in. hope you are all doing great. and guess what i'm going to do now...yep the rest of the essay! can't wait to finish it so i can relax tonight!

yep totally! i am glad i am under 160. can't be sure of tomorrow though. today has not been an ideal day but i haven't gained any fat so its all good. just have to get enough excercise in tomorrow and during the week. thanx Rach for all the support.
