Monday 21 July
calories = 1200-1300
water = 1 litre
excercise = none
waist = 77cm (-0.5)
Tuesday 22 July
calories = 1700-1800
water = 1.5 litres
excercise = none
Wednesday 23 July calories = 1700-1800
water = 2.5 litres
excercise =
treadmill - 4 miles/6.5km/47mins
its been a bit of a high valorie low water and excercise sort of week. today was good though apart from the
calories . but will sort that out with enough excercise. today was the first day i managed 4miles even though i had to stop and walk every now and then and then to make it worse we had a power cut (i think the
treadmill got too hot - must remember to oil it
) so had to stop for a few mins while we sorted that out. i want to be able to run the 4miles in 30mins i think. will keep at it for a while and get there hopefully. hope you all are having a good week.

not the best of weeks at all!

treadmill is broke!!! i am well dissapointed. need to get a new one and stick to the bike or the ellitical in the meantime. i can't believe it. just as soon as i started to get my running on track thats what happens. oh well. other than that everythings fine.
