It's great that you are getting some weights into it! Don't be discouraged if you gain some pounds from the muscle.. they are good pounds!

I weight once a day.. just when I wake up. I figure the scale isn't really my friend at other parts of the day, haha.

Yeah, I like to think that it is the most consistent.. at least for me anyway. Do you just weight during the day to see what types of fluctuations different food give you or what?

i do weigh myself during the day but haven't actually paid attention to why it increases or decreases to tell you the truth. i'm just obsessed with standig on the scale. if it was up to me i would have it stuck to my feet all day!!!!!

Well that doesn't sound very productive! Having a darn scale attached to you all day.. how would you run?

Day 24

DAY 24 - 22 dec 07

nearly 4 weeks now. my monthly measurements will b here soon. i just realised that i did go over on the calories yesterday and ive done the same today. blame it on the holidays. tomorrow got another lunch so may be over eating again. cant believe it. i knew this would happen in the hols though. as long as i stay on 160 till the 27th i reach my goal so not tooo bad!!!! good news is im getting plenty of protein. also i had a good cardio session today:

10 mins bike
10 mins cross trainer
15 mins treadmill
15 mins step aerobic

average heart rate = 161 max heart rate = 243

not bad seeing as my heart rate needs to be between 110 and 170 for fatburning. summit like that!!!

tomorrows another day. got a full body workout day tomorrow. my muscles are hurting since the last one but i should b ok by tomorrow. i shall c.

;-)
