Butch's Diary....
Well, I already posted my story in the newb section, but I wanted to start up this diary to help me stay accountable and track everything. i weigh myself on Fridays, but I will be posting what I do each day.

10/01/06 Weigh In: 465
11/30/07 Weigh In: 410
12/07/07 Weigh In: 402
Diet: 1600calories
Exercise: 1 resistance and core stretching circuit
