Yesterday I did not run. My leg is still hurting. Thats is not the reason I did not run. Did great on my diet yesterday.
Got up early and ran this morning (leg is still hurting, I think some inprovement). Nice cool morning, I found out after I ran it going to be a 103 today. So I'm happy I ran this morning.

Rep Power: 22 | | Just wanted to post to say hi & I'm doing good. I'm up in Vancouver Washington taking my son to his first year of college. I'll be back after labor day. I should be able to post a couple of times a week. Lost one pound this week. I'll take it. I've been gone since Tues. & I have not run thats a bad thing. So I'll be doing my favorite past time fishing.

Rep Power: 22 | | | Im back Got my son off to college. Was gone for 2 weeks, I ate everything in sight. Then I only exercised one time. I gained a lot of weight, I weighed in at 242 Lbs. I will have to look to see how much I gained. I did get back to eating right today it was not easy. Did run & walk 4 miles today.

Rep Power: 22 | | Stayed within my calories today. 3 Rd. day in a row. Thats good news. Did my 4 miles today ran about 1/2 of it.
Why is it that when I'm away I just can't seem to eat right or exercise. I wonder if I'm the only one like this.

When i went away for the weekend i made sure i was gonna be on a good diet and put everything in place for exercise and food. I got to destination and they wouldnt let me in the gym - no casuals!
So i ended up going for a run and walk and playing badminton .. still stuck to my diet - but it was only a weekend |

Rep Power: 22 | | Had a great day had about 1,500 calories & did my 4 mile run. Was not even hungrey. Did my 4 mile run, walked about 1/2 mile of it. It was hotter than I thought & I did not take my water. When I got home it was 90 degrees.
