Rep Power: 22 | | Had a good day. Stayed within my calorie range. Did not start out good, I had a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. So I had to make up for it at lunch & dinner. Ran 5.5 miles. It is the first cool day I had running since summer started it was around 70 degrees. But here it the high desert you can't have everything the wind was blowing at 20 - 30 MPH.
5.5 miles / 1:10:01 / 5:45 PM / NICE & COOL (70) BUT WINDY 20 - 30 MPH

Rep Power: 22 | | Hate To Say I'm Back! Well I'm back. And I don't want to be back. I have not posted because I don't have the time. But I have been doing so bad. So I guess if this is the way I will keep up eating right I will have to be on this site. I do like this site it just takes a lot of time.
So what have I been up to? Eating. I am up to 255.50 Lbs. today. I don't know what I weighed when I quit posting. I did not eat good today. Tomorrow will be a brand new day. I'll find out what it feels like to eat right again.

Rep Power: 22 | | | Oh I'm Hungry I did pretty good today the only thing I ate bad is I had a foot long roast beef instead of a six inch. So for the first day back I did pretty good. I'm so hungry tonight. I'm so hungry I know if I had a snack it would only make me more hungry. So I will suffer tonight. I did my 4 mile walk this morning. I can't Wait until I'm running again. It will most likely take 3 to 4 weeks until I can run. All in all a good day.

Rep Power: 22 | | Oh The Hunger This seems to be hunger week. And I'm so hungry & can't describe the feeling. But I do know, you all know what it is like when you first start a diet. So all I have to do is suffer from 3 to 10 days then its all in my head after that. Hard to believe but I feel like my pants fit better today. Maybe its in my head. I did not eat good today because I had to few calories (1,200). I should have 1,500 - 2,000. I won't eat after dinner so I will be suffering the rest of the night. I'll plan better tomorrow.
