Yes I'm still dying of hunger. Every muscle in my body hurts from my walking / running. Yet it has been a good day because I'm on track. And the things like hunger & muscle soreness will be over in just a few more days. When I walked this morning it was 15 degrees. That is cold for here.
I was really really bad today thats why I was not hungry. I will guess I will gain 3 Lbs. in the Morning. We'll see. Tomorrow I'll do better. I hate to exercise at night, but bed feels so good when its 20 degrees in the morning. But then evening comes and I really do not want to go exercise. Oh well, I guess I liked being warm more this morning.
Did really bad again today. Don't want to talk about it. There is no reason. Did do my 4 miles today. It was not a good time. Actually it felt really bad.
My weight was the same today. Did good on my eating. I put up Christmas lights all day, & when I got done I was not going to exercise. I was steeping into the shower & changed my mind & went for my walk. It was not fun. But I did commit to myself last Monday that I was going to walk every day until Dec. 31. Except one day when I will be traveling for 14 - 16 hours.
Well I have not been eating well. So I have not been weighing myself. So I will weight tomorrow no mater how it hurts. I did do 4 miles yesterday in 58 min. Today I did 2 miles in 38 mins. I've walked 10 days in a row. I finally have my Christmas Lights up. I don't even want to think how many hours it took. If I put up this many lights next year I'm going to hire someone to do it. I can't afford the time it takes. Also I have one set of lights that keep breaking a circuit. I'll figure it out tomorrow.
I did weight myself not as bad as I thought 251 Lbs. I ate a little better today. Did my walk only 2 miles. I also got all of my Christmas Lights working.
