Troutman! Its good that you came back...Im still not back, but I'm going to try to start posting again... don't have much time right now though. I'm in the same boat as you... went way off track. I bounced up to 255 too. I'm doing residency interviews and my suit that was too big for me at the beginning of the summer is too small, so I had to buy another suit. That inspired me to get back on track a couple weeks ago. I'm back down to about 240 but of course have a very challenging few weeks coming up. Anyway, I saw in an forum update e-mail that you were back so I thought I might as well come back too since I'm trying to get back on track and all. Besides, I have to come back if your back! Good to see ya. Later

moabnut, Glad to hear from you. Its tough to be posting when your so busy. It just seems I keep more on track when I'm posting. If I only had the will power all by myself. Oh Well.

Miss_Kallie, Maybe you can move here to Lancaster, Ca. & you could go play bingo with my wife, & I will not have to go.

Doing ok, not great but hanging in. Did my four mile yesterday around 57 Mins. & this morning 1:03:52. My times in the morning always seem to be slower than later in the day. I guess Its tough to get the old body moving in the morning.

Had a pretty good day, except we went to The Claim Jumper for lunch. I had these really thin French fries, that were really incredible. Did 2 miles this morning, 39 Min's. Also my son has just come to town for Christmas.

I've done good 3 days in a row. Keep it up & I'll make a week. The weight is dropping really good. I will only post my weight once a week even though I weigh every day. Did my 4 miles today. It was 50 out but the wind was really bad. I'd rather it be 30 outside with no wind. The wind goes right though me.

RUN / WALK 4.00 MILES - 59:34 / 8:00 AM - TEMP - 50 & very windy

I've had another good day eating and exercising. My wife made an incredible breakfast, of bagles, cream cheese, butter, jelly, fried eggs, fried potatos, bacon. I had 1 1/4 egg fried in Pam, 1/4 bagle nothing on it, 1/4 cup potatoes, 2 pieces of bacon. Nothing for Lunch. Dinner my wife made appitisers, 4 differnt kinds, I had one of each, then I'm going to have popcorn with butter tonight while watching the finale of survivor.

Writing that make me think I did not do very good at all. It could have been much worse.

Did 6.2 mile today.

RUN / WALK 6.20 MILES - 1:25:43 / 2:00 PM - TEMP - 47 & very windy

I had my popcorn, but I would have enjoyed eating my regular meals more than the popcorn.
