My son on the other hand has taken it to heart & has lost 5 Lbs. in the last two weeks. | Wow you are doing awesome. I hope they realize how much you care for them in doing so. I only wish people had sat me down when i was bigger and said 'hey ... this is a problem ... this is how you can deal with it' rather than sniggering behind ones back etc.
Congrats on your son loosing 5lb. Females often take time comming around - maybe after seeing yours and your sons loss she may click |

Another boring evening watching the grass grow (bingo). Had a good day eating about 1,500 calories. Five days in a row being about as perfect as I can be. It really helps having my wife losing weight also.

Rep Power: 22 | | Had another good day, I don't really know how many calories. Did my walking this morning it was 7 degrees. I broke down & wore sweats this morning instead of my shorts. The second coldest it has been since I have lived here, and I have been here 18 years next month.

Rep Power: 22 | | | niapage, I've won $20.00 the last two week & it cost $15.00 to play so I'm up $10.00. I usually lose almost every week. So when you lose & it boring as all get out. Its no fun.
I've had a good day today. Unless I mess up tonight I have almost had a perfect week. I was told yesterday that I was opening up the office today & I needed to make sure I was there at 8:00 AM. When I got to the office, I looked at the sheet & I was not opening up this morning, so I left. When I got home it was only 3 degrees. So I said this may be a once in a life time opportunity to walk in such cold weather, so I did my walk. I don't find much of a difference from 3 degrees to 20 degrees. You put on a couple of layers and your very comfortable.
I told my wife last night I needed a steak. She had the gull to tell me I did not need red meat. Since we have not been together that long (28 years) I had to kick her out. That solved the wife problem.
4.60 Miles / 1:11:00 / 8:30 AM / 3 Degrees
No Sit-ups today

Rep Power: 22 | | I just got done with dinner, it was so so good. Anyone else feel that meals taste so much better when your dieting.
Dinner
salad with - green beans, beets, onions, cucumber, fat free salad dressing
Turkey burger - 6 oz. with salsa
1 cup white rice with teri. sauce
When I'm not eating right that would taste like garbage.
