Had a good, but once I thought about it I ate just a little to much for all three meals. Oh well, I'll do better tomorrow. I did eat well, I didn't anything I should not have. Also I started having brown rice today. Did my waking / running.

WALK / RUN - 5.10 MILES / 1:23:19 / 6:45 AM / 15 DEGREES - It looks the the temperature is on it way up (32 in the morning).

Brown Rice

Richard C, Brown Rice, Brown Rice, It was not good. My wife told me it was not a good name brand & I would not like it. She was right. Before when I was doing well on my diet I had a different kind that was o.k. not good just o.k. I did eat it all the time. Never as good as white rice. I will continue to have the brown rice.

Had a good day today had about 1,500 Calories did my walk / run. I will confess that I wanted to go to home town buffet for dinner. But a usual my evil wife would not let me. To think I just let her back into our bed the night before. Well out she goes again to the garage. So I have to give thanks to my wife for stopping me from going to home town buffet. I have to run, I've got to let my wife back in the house

cinderelly, I like wild rice alot, it it healthy like brown rice?

Yesterday was cooking day. I cooked chicken & turkey burgers. That should last us about a week. With as much as I like my meat, I should be on one of those low carb diets. I like carbs to much also to go on a diet like that. Anyway to the turkey you save so many calories having turkey I can have 8 Oz. of turkey for dinner & that is a lot of meat. Turkey is not as good as beef but I love to eat.

I was running a couple of days ago, when this guy comes running out of his house. He hold on. I stop. He says are you losing weight because the doctor said to. I said, none of your business. Just kidding. I said no, just because I want to. He said you have been an inspiration to me. Because of you I got up this morning & ran to the store (about 1 mile). I said thank you. What a strange thing for some one to say or do. Yet it made me feel happy.
