3. I'm at the gym 2 hours a day, 4 days a week!

LOL. I shouldn't complain, I've only been at this 1.5 months or so and lost 15 already. But man, 9 in 7 days??

Had a great day, after yesterday being so hungry all the time. Not so hungry to day, that it a great help. My wife weighs in tomorrow, & she is very nervous. I have never seen her eat so well & we have been married 28 years. So I know she had a great week. I did my run/walk today. Just two weeks ago I started with 4 miles & have increased my mileage a little each day & I'm up to 5.7 Miles. Well I had another great day. My wife did not reach her goal she wanted to lose 5 Lbs. She only lost 2 Lbs. I thought she might be very upset. She took it really well & went on with more determination. I very proud of her.

Today when I was doing my run/walk minding my own business. I pass another runner going the opposite direction. We nod, like you will. She was a high school runner. The corner was about 100 yards behind me. About 3 Minutes later I see this girl running on the opposite side of the street. Thats the same girl I just passed. What a let down I must be really really really slow. All of a sudden another runner passes me, how depressing. After about 5 runners had passed me, I looked behind me to see who else would be passing. Some young tall kid was about 20 yards behind me. So I decided to go for it, to see how long I could keep him from passing me. After 1/4 mile I had to start walking. I would not look back, so I started counting the seconds it would take him to pass. Counting One, Two, Three, I got up to 30 & I'm wondering where is he, it could not have been 30 seconds behind me. Well I get up to the stop light & he passes by me. Of course I'm happy & proud of myself. Then I'm thinking he sees this old man with gray hair speeding up so he could not pass. So he just sits back & lets me stay ahead. While hes laughing. Who knows.

wishes, It did get me going. I hope I burned an extra 500 calories. Even though I know I didn't.

Had a good day. Things seem like there on auto pilot. That means I better be extra careful. Decided to change my running/walking a lot. I'm going to be doing shorter faster runs, longer slower runs, runs where I go fast then slow thru-out the run, take a 2 days off a week.

hyperose, Thank You!

Had a good day. The only thing I ate dinner a little early & its now only 7:30 PM & I WANT FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The question that remains will I eat or suffer. Ran/Walked this morning & it was still 20 degrees will it ever warm up. This is by far the coldest winter I have had since moving here 19 Years ago. There is not even a year close to this year. Also so far this is the driest year we have ever had.

Not good I gained 2 lbs from Feb. 6. I thought I would be done getting the new things in my Real Estate Business going. Well I'm not close to being done. The first thing was to find companies I would be working with. Well I strated having orders come in about 2 weeks ago. So between filling the orders & finding new companies to work with, its work night & day. I don't know when I will get caught up. I am so beat, I can't believe it. It's all good though, I had to have a another income source with Real Estate or I was going to have to get out of the business.

Back down 2 Lbs. to 240. I'm so tired of working so many hours. I don't know how long it will last. I'm hoping not more than another month. I keep plugging away. Can't wait until I can be back on here all the time.

Unhappy Sad, Mad, Depressed, Embaressed, But Back

All of the above is how it is. I have been eating because I have been depressed. I am a Real Estate Agent & the market has taken a dump, so I'm working lots & lots & lots of hours with not a lot going on. So that is why I have been eating. We may lose our home. But then again we may pull it out & be able to keep it. I could not say that 6 weeks ago. So I will have to make the time to get on here & post.
I weighed in this morning, not an easy thing to do. I weighed in at 289 Lbs. I have almost gained all the weight that I lost.

Chip

Todays Weight: 289 Lbs.

Day 2

cinderelly, Thanks for the welcome back.

I finished day 2 yeah. I was not as hard as I thought it would be. Changed my diet a little. Last time I was trying to keep calories at 1,500. Now I'm putting my calories between 1,500 - 2,000.

I wife gave me a bike for my birthday. So I went for a ride yesterday & today. A lot differnt than walking. I have a lot pain from yesterday & today. To mix it up I will go for a walk tommorow.

Breakfast

1 Cup - Spaghetti

Lunch

1 Cup - Spaghetti

Dinner

2 In & Out Burgers - no cheese & no spread
