Thumbs up A Good Day

Well I'm under 245 Lbs., I have not been under this weight since phen phen (don't really remember the name or how to spell it). But that must have been 10 years ago (just guessing). My wife & myself really did well with it. I'd take it again, don't throw stones.

Also I got up at 5:15 AM & walked 8 miles (wow). Just think I just started losing weight like 72 days ago.

A GOOD DAY!!!!!

Good things about losing weight.

I'm going to post one thing a day that is good about losing weight. To see how many things I can come up with. If you want add to the list. This will be in no paticular order.

1. I was sitting in church the other day & my shoe was untied. I bent

down & tied it. I could never have done that before. I could barley tie

my shoe when I put my foot up on a chair.

Wow at least you went 4 miles. I can jog for about 1.5 til I start getting tired. I need to condition more.... And you can always burn off that 1/4 tomorrow!

Sugar Question

The question - As of right now I have not had sugar for 121 days (minus the sugar that is in things like, yougurt, ketchup, teri. sauce...). Christmas is coming up with all of thoses good sweets to eat. Do I partake in a few. I can handel having sugar again. But I have gone so long without sugar, I'd hate to lose my streak. Yet its not reallistic not to ever have sugar again. I would also be fine without having any sugar during this holiday season.
