Starting Over Again

Starting over again, I've been doing nothing but eating since the last post. Because my wife said why don't we start are diet the day Biggest Loser starts. Of course I said yes. Why because why start today when you can start the next day. This is the big laugh my wife is putting me in charge. And its my job to keep her on track. I can't keep my self on track. This should be interesting.

Yeah!

We (includes my wife) made it through the first day. I only had to say no to her one time. She wanted to go have mexican food. I said sure you can have one taco. She was not happy. I told her to get use to it.

I'm more hungry now than I have been all day. So I will look forward to breakfast.

How can Costco do that to me.

How can Costco Yougurt have so many calories. I remember one having around 200 calories. So I asked my wife if she wanted to go get one. So off we go & get them, it was so good. When we got home I figured out the calories & its more like 350 Calories, I'm so mad. Now I can't have them very often. Will have to really work the yourgurt into my daily caloires to have one.
It was a good day. I worked in the yard 3 hours today & I'm beat. From what I remember you don't burn to many calories doing yard work.
Ate really good except for Costco.

Weight Correction

cinderelly, Thank You. I know my wife is going to get very grumpy, so I will have to stay strong. Beign strong is not one of my strong points right now. But I'm faking if for her.

Weight correction my weigh ins for the last two days are 4 Lbs. less. I had the scale set wrong.

It was a good day. We had a bufett breakfast at work, I kept it at 500 calories so that was good. Did good the rest of the day. I started my walking today.

4.1 miles

287 Lbs.

Chase your wife aroun the house a few times -that's a great cure for the grumps and if done properly - well it's good cardio - and if not done properly -it's still fun

On My Soap Box

Certain things drive me nuts. So here is one thing. And more to come.

# 1. NO PROBLEM. - What is this, I go in to do business with your
company. You give me the cup of coffee I say thank you. You say NO PROBLEM. MY GOD I HOPE ITS NO PROBLEM.

Why aren't they saying, NO, THANK YOU SIR FOR COMING IN HERE, WHEN YOU HAVE SO MANY CHOICES. WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. PLEASE COME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I should be thankful it was not a problem.

I guess sometimes when I go in to give you my money it will be a problem.

STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

We had a good day, even though we had a lot of suffering. The 2nd. day of a diet is always harder than the first day. Hopefully it will be easier in 4 or 5 more days. Did stay with in my calories & did my walking. Have a blister from yesterdays walk. At least it only hurts when I walk.

We ate good today. Wow we made a whole 3 days. I'm so hungry today. This is our day to go to Home Town Bufett. No we didn't go, but I really wated to. If I could have just weakened my wife. But she was tough as nails. Thank God for that or I would be mad at myself right now. Did my walk today. My blister hurts so bad, it was very hard to just suck it up. But I did & did the whole walk.
