Pain to much!

What can I say but I whimped out & was only able to walk one mile because of my blister. So I decided to ride my bike hoping I would not pop the tires. I go to get on the bike & the tires need air. I don't have a pump, so I said forget it today. I was just about to step into the house & went back threw my bike into the car & had my wife drive me to the gas station. So I started my bike ride their. Of course I was happy I did. I doubt I will be able to walk tomorrow. So I will be riding my bike until I can walk. I know when I get on the bike tomorrow my butt will be so sore.
We did eat good today. I have a fealing we are going out to eat tomorrow, that may not be a good thing.

Bacon Salt

Wondering if any of you have heard of it. It is really good, no calories. Has 135mg. for 1/4 teaspoon of sodium. I have no idea is that good or bad.

Tastes so good on so many things. You've got to try it.

Embarrassed to say we did go out to eat at home town buffet. I did eat & eat & eat........... What we will find out tomorrow is do we get right back on track or do we quit. Like I have one billion times. I think I will be OK. The truth is we have to blow it & get right back on track or we will never lose are weight. In reality there will be times you really blow it. So we have to learn to blow it & not quit the diet.

I will not be surprised with a 5 Lb. weight gain tomorrow.

Weigh in today was not as bad as expected. So that sort of concerns me about tomorrows weigh in. We did eat well today, but did not do my exercise. The exercise is a very bad thing, & now its to late because I can't walk & its to dark to ride my bike.

It was a very hard night, last night. My wife wanted food all night long. Of course not something good for you like fruit etc. No she wanted a donut, candy, Del Taco etc. Then she would not even kiss me good night. Its all good though. I told her that she would thank me for this at some time. She said no I won't. I think its the first time I have told her no.

We made it through today without any damage. Even though my wife is being a pain in the neck. I had to tell her no at least 20 times today, & its not easy for me to be strong. At least we made it through today.

I'm not back again

I did not go anywhere this time. My computer died. Just got it back. Can you imange that long without a computer, I thought I would go nuts. It was actually are Verizon. The excuses a company uses is down right madding. You ever want to choke someone, I wanted to. You have to be very nice to get what you want. I did have to end up to get a new router because I did not keep in of the directions, cd, on the one I had. Lesson learned. $150.00 lesson.

How about my eating, just to say I caved. I don't really seem to care if my wife is not going to care. I'm quite confused right now. Yes I should care about my self. Yet if my wife cares so little about her self & me. What is the point to try.

A Good Start

Did good today had about 1,700 calories. Started my exercise today did a very slow mile. So slow I the tortoise passed me. And that was before I was tired.

Of course I was VERY hungry. I was busy so that helped keep my mind off the hunger.

Hey Troutman! No going to buffets and no caring what your wife is doing or not doing about her or your health! Worry about you and let her worry about herself. Most people get lead by example so if you keep it up she's bound to stay with it herself.

Can I just ask why you've gone so low with your calories? I weigh around 142 and I managed to stay at 1850 cals today and I am starving starving starving. You're much bigger so I would guess you'll still lose weight eating plenty more than that.

Good for you for getting on the saddle again.

Hey Chip . How many calories do you generally eat in a day when you're not "dieting"?

And how do you feel right now on 1700 calories? Are you hungry and irritable (like I am right now ha ha) or feeling satisfied?

What types of foods do you eat? Veggies and healthy natural stuff like walnuts and yogurt say for a snack or highly processed stuff?

Excellent job on the walk today! Who cares how slow you went, you were out there and you finished and your speed will improve in no time.

Ice Cream Diet

Blancita,

Just kidding about the Ice Cream (which is my favorite food in the world. I think GOD made Ice Cream just for me). Of course I'm starving to death. I just started my diet. I always starve when I start a diet. Usually I'm OK after 4-6 days.

Had a good day today. Had about 1,800 calories. I was shocked I was not even hungry today. Was not going to walk today, except it will be raining tomorrow. So I will take tomorrow off.
