T.I.L.A.L.W # 7 - Not having the sterring wheel up against my stomach.

Had another party today. Did OK but have to make up the calories somewhere else, so I have two bags of popcorn for dinner (220 calories). Its tough just to have popcorn for dinner. I look forward, to my dinner.

Hey Chip, ever thought about some steamed veggies for dinner, as something abit more nutritient filled rather than popcorn? It might also give you the feeling of eating more of a "meal". Just a suggestion! Doing great!

Newleaf, Very good idea. I just want to eat something I enjoy. I do eat alot of vegetables otherwise. With my regular meals.

Smile Vacation

This will be my last post until around Jan 3 Rd. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas. And don't gain to much weight. Remember it is a time to have fun, so if you partake, enjoy without guilt. Its the long run that matters.

T.I.L.A.L.W # 10 I dropped some papers today & I did not have to get on my knees to pick them up.

Smile Back From Vacation

My last post was 18 days ago on 12/21/05. I will weigh in monday morning 01/09/05. Good luck, I will guess a 10 Lb. gain. Whatever the case may be I'm so excited about getting back to eating healthy. If at this point I could take back what I have eaten the last 18 days, I would not change a thing.

What I started in Aug. has changed my life forever. I know that by going off the plan for 18 days. Yes it was planed to go off my diet & not worry about what I ate. Even though I would not change a thing. I would not have missed one thing if I stayed on my plan of eating healthy.

I hope everyone has a great year & you acheive your goals.

Great to be back.

Chip

Youre accomplishments are phenomenal! Will you be posting before and after pics for us? To run so much, are you a young man? My Lord, man, what a testimony to will power!

And think that you planned your fun time, enjoyed it with OUT guilt, and jump right back on the wagon!

Talking How Far Will You Go?

How far will you go? The first time I did this I thought my wife would die. I took fat free salad dressing with me when we went out to eat. I knew where we were going did not have any. In this day & age how can a restraunt not have fat free salad dressing.

What is it with some places, that won't list nutritional information. All I think is, the calories are so high, I better not go their. Yes I do look on line but can't find the information anywhere.

Todays weight loss 2.5 Lbs.
Did my 4 mile walk.

The greatest thing I have done with my eating plan, was going off my plan while I was on vacation. I have never gone off a diet for a time & went back on, in the past I have always quit.

I love people saying how good I look. But get real I have about 80 Lbs. left to lose. I must have been quite a site. Because really right now I look really really FAT. Sadly if is the truth, yes I have come a long way and I know for a fact I will get to where I want to be. I really enjoying the journey.
