breakfast: cake (sounds wierd yeah, but its all that was there. was unfrosted... white cake... and that was all)
i dont know what else really. um.. might have had special k, and... some tostitos with cheese.
then for dinner i made some homemade mack n cheese with elbow mack and cheese soup with colby sprinkled on top.
almost thru the gallon from the other day... and the green tea...

Got my yoga video today and tried it out. gonna have to do it a few more times before i really digg it. anywho. thats all for now.

Hey buddy,
I think it's normal to have an off day like you described, I'm proud of you for still watching what you ate and being careful, when I got upset like that the first thing I would reach for is junk food. Chocolate was a must. Emotional eating is something I'm trying to get away from. Anyway, hope your day tomorrow is a lot better, I'm sure it will be. See ya later, alligator!

ok, so the past couple days have been stressful and i kinda lost my apetite (sp) for doing anything or eating... so im worried about the 'starvation' mode thing, but today looks good and ive only had a bowl of special k since i woke up at one (worked 12a-4a) so im going to try and find something here and head back into work from 5-8.

and the scale just said it was at 280... so im gonna update my ticker for that ))

Yay for five pounds lost! I'm sorry you haven't been feeling so great lately. Good nutrition and exercise can help lift your spirits though, so maybe consider going for a short, easy walk? I hope you feel better soon..

thanks!
today was really quite a bit better. I talked to the person that i needed to get something resolved with and I feel a whole lot better. At work I stayed on my feet and rocked out with the tunes a bit just so i didnt have to sit for 3 hours. The weather was beautiful today and if it werent for this last minute shift I would have been out there. Im pondering a walk to the gas station for a thing of water as im out.. but overall a good day.

special K and 2%milk.
Turkey on wheat with american cheese, lettuce and mayo
sunchips (210cal)
water

so far thats it. im thinking about cooking up some chicken to have ready for the week. in fact... ive got some pineapple. mmm pineapple chicken?? i think so...

ttfn

Hey,
I'm so happy you had a better day! Pineapple chicken sounds so good! Special K is really good too. I love the one with the bits of chocolate in it, YUMMY! I also like the 90 calorie bars, especially chocolate drizzle...hee, are we starting to see a pattern here?

I weighed earlier today and im holding steady at 280. its all good.

food diary....

breakfast... (certianly wasnt fast enough to get to class on time...)
Special K chocolate delight or whatever.. around 1030. 2% milk
first dose of pills

lunch... special k and milk again. after one.
second dose of pills

snack... ok, after my 530 class and walking up the hill to get to my car (10 min walk?) i was beat. i think it was mostly the case of the mondays... but also the pills acting funny on me. during class i felt sick and afterwards too. I got home exhausted and made a jelly (on wheat) sandwich, 2 slices....
about a half hour later before i headed out the door i grabbed just 2 plain slices.

walked (15ish mins) to class... and about the same back.

'dinner' instant potatoes (far less butter than i usually have) with pieces of the chicken i made a few days ago in it. I think i still have the munchies... but i think im thirsty...

im not sure but sometime tomorrow should be a yoga time. ill try for it.

mmm. 2 eggs and some katchup for breakfast... gotta find some water.. and then off to work by 830.
goals for the day... get all my pills in, walk to my evening class weather permitting, toss in some yoga...

again, steady at 280 this am. wavering betwen 278 and 282, but resting the longest on 280 or 279. until its obvious..ill stick with the 280

ok, so i need a new scale... cuz this one wavers too much.. in 20 seconds, i saw anywhere between 281(split second) and 275. it was around 277/278 most of the time... so im gonna go for that... and hope its rightish.

as for yesterday, the walking to class didnt happen as the sky opened up and dumped water everywhere... and no yoga... i got distracted by photoshop... : /
