I have (had) two girls. One would be 20, and one 17 (18 in march)....

I wish I would have had 3 now...instead I also have a lazy beagle and a black cat......

so now my 17 year old comes home with 3 friends and i am trapped on the computer...........................she would die if i walked in front of them with my jammies on..(cocacola pajama pants and tshirt)...

I should do it, just to get a reaction out of her.

They ware watching TV in the living room...and the beagle and i are stuck on the couch.

i will read a few more posts and then watch some tv...

thanks for the visits everyone.

so dummie me...made a pizza at like midnight....yes a digorno frozen pizza...it flipped over when i was taking it out of the oven and there was cheese/pepperoni everywhere in the oven....i guess thats murphy's law. so today i am cleaning my oven...ya know where you close it up and turn it on clean. my house is stinky....cuz its baking all that friggin (oh can we drop f bombs here?) cheese and stuff at like 800 degrees....

so why did i bake a pizza at midnight...i dunno...it just sounded good. i think i am like bingeing or something. my friend wants me to come to meet her for lunch today at this place that has the most amazing brunches..then we are going to the movies. i told her i was done with junk food after tomorrow...DONE..DONE...DONE....

i got up this morning and filled my water jug/glass thingy with water and drank the whole thing right away.

My goal is no drinking on new years eve, cuz then new years day i will be hungry all day. Why is it after you drink you are hungry the next day....or i am.

i also stress eat big time......so here is my current stress...my husband bought me a beautiful pair of hoop earrings with diamonds for christmas...i have lost one...already...he never buys me jewelry cuz he says i lose it...a few y ears back he bought me a diamond cross for our 15 year anniversary and yep i lost it. so i am panicking this morning looking for this earring. i have torn the bed apart..the couch (cuz i have insomnia and i sleep on the couch half the night)...i looked in the hoodie i was wearing...tore open the vacuum bag and looked....i cant find it. if i dont find it i am going to have to go buy a pair and not tell him i lost it or he will never buy me anything like that ever again.....

so what is my game plan today for not eating like a crazy woman at this restaurant we are going to....i dont know...i guess i will have a salad and a "taste" of what my friend has. And I dont like popcorn so thats not a deal at the movies...

so i am having a shake for breakfast. I always liked the myoplex but i bought musclemilk light....it tastes pretty good actually.

My hubby had lost 100 pounds and used myoplex or metrx shakes for breakfast and snacks....but I am not sure how the shakes are supposed to be used in diets. I guess thats something i can look into here on the site...this also tells how to use the drink for supplementing diet...

Here is the nutritional breakdown

Suggested Use:
Best ways to use Muscle Milk Light
Before: Take one serving of Muscle Milk Light 45 minutes to one hour prior to training. Muscle Milk Light provides the caloric energy needed for intense workouts while flooding nutrients to hungry muscles.

After: Take Muscle Milk Light immediately after workouts to shift the body from catabolic to anabolic. Muscle Milk Light provides nutrients to kick start the recovery process.

All-around: Two or three servings of Muscle Milk Light spaced between balanced, portion controlled meals helps provide long-lasting hunger satisfaction. NEVER HUNGRY, MORE ENERGETIC. When combined with resistance and weight training, this small portion technique will help promote lean muscle mass, the very element crucial to BURNING STUBBORN, STORED FAT. Fueling your body with high quality nutrients is the smart way to manage your weight. Muscle Milk Light is the perfect solution to fill the gaps in your daily nutritional program.

Hiya karebare! I was just browsing and ran across your diary and thought i would stop by to encourage u. im considered a newb too, and i know sometimes its hard to stay motivated after a while, or at least for me it is I was also gonna suggest maybe doing the V-Day challenge. It starts on the 3rd i believe. I think it will be a good way to start off the new year and keep people motivated. Hope to see u around he forum, good luck!

thanks em, i will check it out

okay so i went to the good brunch today and ate alot--had this thing called Misa..its a mexican breakfast dish......i have been too full all day...then me and my friend went to see "PS I love you"....note, not the best movie to see if you just lost a loved one.

sat with my friend and talked till about 10:30 and had to drive home in a blizzardy like snowstorm (she lives like an hour and 15 minutes away)...the drive home sucked.

anyway...i know eating one meal aday not good....i am gearing up for my start...

night all

Hi Karebare,
The New Year is almost here! I heard eating small amounts of food every few hours helps you lose weight. I know sometimes I forget to eat or eat way too much in one sitting. Just wanted to pop in and say Happy New Year!!

Hey E

well, i dunno....if they did.. :-)

today i had

a protein bar for breakfast
a chicken breast and raw veggies for a snack
a salad and cup of bean soup for lunch
a few handfuls of almonds
no diet soda
some sugar free/caffiene free iced tea.

and i am making the salmon and rice recipe in the book for dinner.

here is a link to the book
Amazon.com: You: On A Diet: The Owner's Manual for Waist Management: Books: Mehmet C. Oz,Michael F. Roizen

i am supposed to walk at least 30 minutes a day and do stretching exercises for the first 2 weeks.....

my weight on my scale was like 178 but on my trainers scale it is like 181...i think i will wait until i see her next monday to put an official weight down and get a ticker

my hubby said..you just ate, why are u eating again (he is going to diet with me but of course he doesnt want to do what i am doing) and i told him that the book has me eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks...and nothing after 8:30 so it may seem like i am eating all the time..

oh ya

no booze or diet pop today..wootwootwoot

good luck everyone
me
