You're doing great Cate, keep it up!! How often do you weigh yourself? It looks as though your ticker hasn't moved since you put it up... is that because you just haven't updated it, or you're stuck on a plateau (I was on one for almost a month!)

Hi Beagle,
I weigh myself everyday, I can't help it! However, I will only update myself on this forum every 7 days so I can see accurately whether or not I've lost weight as my weight can fluctuate from day to day. This week I have already lost 2lbs so far, and as it's a new diet I will probably lose most weight in this first week, that's what usually happens. I lost 2 stone with weight watchers and have been on a plateau for the last year! But at least i didn't regain any weight...I now feel ready to shed the last 2.4 stone and return to the weight I was before having children. Thanks for your encouragement Beagle!!
Cate

Day 5--
museli for breakfast
ham and sald sanwich for lunch
chicken salad for supper (+ a few of the kiddies french fries )

Overall a good day, and tonight I go to dance class so that will get rid of some wobbly bits

day 6 started off well all day I ate healthily but then came the evening, a few glasses of wine and then chocolate and chips/crisps............oh dear, not a good day

Saturday Guy Fawkes night...........................Oh dear I will try to limit myself, but Friday and Saturdays are not good days for me to diet, so I do usually let myself go and then return to dieting on Sun - thurs. I hope to have lost at least 2lbs by the time I record on Monday. 2 lbs a week is good for me.

I think weekends are tough! During the week everything is routine. Then the weekend hits and the fun starts!
If only dieting wasn't so tough. But... you are worth it!

Day 7 -- I will weigh myself tomorrow, but today I feel totally awful, all the snacks and salt and sugar has left me with a bloated feeling. I think I will still have lost 2lbs by tomorrow though. Today I need to detox and get rid of the water that I have retained by eating so much salty stuff. I hope I learn from this and next weekend I read this back and remember the result of eating junk.

Well today I weighed myself and I have lost nothing what a waste. I was good all week and then bad at the weekend, so 5 days of dieting can be ruined by one weekend. I have got to limit myself next weekend and not have a day off the diet. I must stick to ww 24 points and incorporate the treats into this.
