Hi Guys,

It's me- CabanaMama, Needing some motivation and looking a fresh start.
In 2006, I joined this weightloss forum and made up my mind. I wanted to be healthy.
That year, I successfully lost 40 lbs. And for the first time in a long time, I was happy with myself. I took advantage of my new self. I enjoyed a nice vacation, and had soooo much energy. I treated myself to new cloths, (that I would otherwise never think about wearing,) and I JUST FELT GOOD. I felt GREAT. I felt like I was setting a great example for my kids, and proving to myself that I could accomplish anything if I put my mind to it.

AND NOW,
After neglecting myself--working 14 hours a day (my second job in a restraunt,) I have gained the weight back and I am sooo ready to be me again. I want to feel 'great' again. I need to learn how to handle the right here and now in my life.
I'm not too sure I know how I'm going to do that, but I have till Monday, January 7th to think about it. I am most worried about how Im going to get my exercise in. How I'm going to juggle family, and how I'm going to suppress my appetite while working in the restraunt. DO ALL THIS and keep my sanity! WHEW!
I look forward to reading through diaries and gaining inspiration from all of you. HAPPY NEW YEAR! And, hopefully I'll have some specific goals set by Monday! Till next time !
