Day 21 (START OF 2008 LET'S GET IT POPPIN) WEIGHT 244.8 LOSS OF 14.2 LBS
Found my Cell phone, the people at the
gym had it I swear I had called them and went up there twice before today and they told me they didn’t have it. I don’t know what made me check again today but it was somebody different at the counter and they said they found one and showed it tome and low and behold it was mine. Anyway while I was at they
gym today I felt like I got real fatigued during the
weights so I think tomorrow I wont be going to the
gym to give myself a little recovery time. Plus I feel like im getting sick with all this up and down texas weather. But who knows we will see ill listen to my
body.

My Tip:
Preplan what your gonna eat ahead of time because it is hard as hell to stay under 2000 cal a day by just picking up food and eating it even if it is healthy.
