The last 2 days have been great on the eating front.
Still following my low carb and getting my fiber in as best as I can.
Got on the scale today and I was 4 pounds down from last weigh in which was Saturday. I was VERY pleased.
Blankita I think you were right. with maintaining for the last couple of months and then getting back on the weight loss track has defitly put a shock to my system and I am losing weight at the pace I was earlier in the year when I first started this journey. Alot in the beggining of the year was water weight because I never drank water. Now though I had continued to drink my water even when i was maintaining so this is weight loss and not water weight. Which ever it is I am pleased as punch that its going away..lol
When I jumped on the scale this morning I saw a number in front that I had not seen in about I am guessing 12 years. There was actually a "2" as the first number. I had to weigh myself about 5 times before I believed it..lol
I weighed in at 299 which now puts me at 58 pounds lost. Unfortunatly the rest of my day was crappy but it didnt matter. I no longer weighed 3 hundred and something.
Well thats pretty much it for now. Tomorrow will be a great day!
Cheers!!
wow gratz!! That's such an accomplishment! I was able to get down under the 300 mark last November and remember being so excited. I've screwed up since then but on my way back down so hopefully before too long I'll get to see that 299 Anyway good job, glad the scale is moving for you again.
Wow! Let me blow the dust off of the diary here.
Alot has happened since the last year, beside gaining some wieght back.
I moved to Dallas back in November and lived here without the family for 6 months. They joined me here back in May and we are getting our lives back in order. Now that life is pretty much back to normal (if that is ever possible) it is back to getting focused and gaining back that healthy edge. Not that I completely fell off the wagon but I have probably gained back 15 of the pounds I had lost originally. I am weighing in officially in the morning and ready to kick some butt. I have missed reading the positive storys on the forums and so glad I was able to get back here. The motivation is still incredible and cannot wait to share my positive results.
As alwats, tomorrow will be a great day!
Hey Scott, nice to have you back! You were following the South Beach diet right? Doing the same eating plan again? So no more neighbors with jacuzzis then?? Hope all is well with you .
