Last time i took measurements was the 12th Feb so since then.

Wednesday 20th February

Weight - 162.5ibs
Calves - (L) 40cms (R) 40cms
Thighs - (L) 57.5cms (R) 58.5cms
Hips - 99.5cms
Waist - 96cms
Chest - 90cms
Bust - 94.52cms
Upper Arms - (L) 33cms (R) 33cms

-4.5lbs
8.5cms = 3.4 inches

5 Days ago i meausered, so in five days.

Monday 25th February

Weight - 159.5ibs
Calves - (L) 40cms (R) 40cms
Thighs - (L) 56.5cms (R) 58cms
Hips - 99cms
Waist - 94cms
Chest - 89cms
Bust - 93cms
Upper Arms - (L) 33cms (R) 32.5cms

Weight Loss: -3lb
Inch Loss: 7cm = 2.75inches

Total Inch Loss - 18.65 Inches

I never got to do my measurements todays as i am just too tired after not being to bed since Friday Night. The other half stayed up for 12 HOURS talking, i think he talked the weight off me cause today my scales show i am .1point off a healthy BMI. I weighed 155.3 today.
What im finding hard and frustrating now is friends and family. They keep saying you have lost enough and dont need to lose anymore. I dont think they realise how much fat is actually still on me. 28.6% body fat. Im still in overweight category and should be in healthy this week but its the upper end of the scale. The other thing is i have a SMALL frame according to my wrist? (14cm) so maximim i should weight is 9 stone 7 lbs. So i have a good bit to even go and i wish people would shut up and stop telling me that i dont need to lose anymore when i know myself it is rubbish. When i was fat i was told to lose weight, now im CHUNKY and they tell me to stop.

I get this exact same thing. Someone said this to me today. It is so infuriating. I think that it is to do with them being used to seeing us so much bigger.
