You know that once you get there it is worth it - you have been doing this for a long time...stay strong and you can totally do it!!! |

Rep Power: 51 | | Good day so far today! Within my calories, no pop, and while I haven't done any exercise, I have been on my feet for most of the day. |

Rep Power: 51 | | Woohoo! My mom had dinner for the whole family, and my grandma brought homemade apple pie with some ice cream. I had a small serving, and I do believe I'm still within my calories!! |

Rep Power: 12 | | | Good job with the small piece of pie...something a having little is harder than having none. Man, it must have been a great treat. Nothing beats Grandma-made apple pies! |

Rep Power: 51 | | So this has been one of those weeks that makes me think about moving. This morning is the 3rd in a row... -31, feels like -51 with wind chill. It's really depressing. We even skipped skating lessons and Sparks last night for DD because I didn't want to keep dragging the kids in and out of the car (the wind is horrible). |

Rep Power: 26 | | | DQ even here in Indiana, it's been negative wind chill factors as of late. We have had the weirdest weather. Just 2 days ago it was in the 40's! |

Is it warming up at all? My family back in Edmonton were saying that they were having -25 with a wind chill of -55 as well. I heard that there might be a warm front coming through this weekend. They are supposed to hit a "balmy" -12. *LOL* I had the chance to move to either Winnipeg or Vancouver...this is why I chose Vancouver!! For just once in my life I wanted to be warm!! |

Rep Power: 51 | | Well, the weather network says the temp. is -20, but they don't always put the windchill factor in. My thermometer outside usually is closer to what it really feels like outside, and it says -35. |

Rep Power: 51 | | Well, if it isn't Miss JB! Nice to see you!
Here's a 'chicken and the egg' question... have I been slacking in the WLF area because I've been ashamed of the lack of exercise and food tracking? Or has my lack of posting caused my slide into laziness and binge eating?
Still not doing bad, really, I've gained about 4 lbs since Christmas. I've started a new challenge with friends, so I'm aiming to lose this 4 lbs over the next 2 weeks or so. Winner of the challenge get scrapbook goodies sent to them by the others. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
