I haven't been on here in months. But I've decided that it's time! It's 2008 and I have such a good feeling about this year. The last 2 years have been tough for me and so I think I deserve this year to be the best ever. I'm done with my wobbly thighs and flabby tummy and low self esteem. We're all gods in our own right and I think it's about time I start behaving like the godess I know I can be
So here I go.... Day 1 (actually I was supposed to start on monday so technically it's day 3 *blush*)
I did 20 mins on the x trainer and 10 minutes of rowing this morning. On an empty stomach! Before i went to work. So even though it was a short workout I'm proud of myself for going. I'd have much rather stayed in bed.

wow. I can't believe it's already been 6 weeks since christmas. I weighed myself this morning and gained 1 kg. I'm a little confused. I've been working my bum off (although apparently not) and I've gained? I know it's probably nothing but I'm still freaking out. Buggar!
