OK I AM TRYING HARD TO BE BACK! mY WEIGHT THIS MORNING WAS 216.8 i WAS ABLE TO GET DOWN TO 203 LAST YEAR! WE ARE HAVING CHALLENGES HERE AT MY WORK NOW AND I AM READY TO GET SERIOUS AND SUPPORT ANYONE THAT NEEDS IT! I AM SORRY I WENT AWAY AND HAD TROUBLE COMING BACK! Rep Power: 46 | | Ok I am here!!! I cant wait to get under 200!! It took a while for me to get it right but it is always possible!!!!! I try to walk every day at least a mile! We have a biggest loser challenge going here at work and I won 2 weeks in a row! Lost 7 pounds one week and 3 the next. i been losing 2-3 pounds weekly now! I dont have internet at home so i try to get on when possible at work or family or friends! I miss you guys and everyone KEEP ROCKING!!!! | | |
