He guys im re writing this because of my internet :@. Anyway this is my Diary i intend to keep it simple but do a small update with 1 or 2 pictures relevent to that days weightloss.
Day 1 : Today i went to gym with daryl at 1 oclock and i burned 500 calories and done some light weights. After this at 5 oclock i went shopping and bought some nice new clothes. I had felt ill so ive only ate 2 bannanas alot of water and a pork chop with vegatables (nice). My last weigh up before i gave up joke in mid january i wieghed in at 125kg! so today i got weighed after a bad week of binge eating and drinking (back on track now) but prior to that i have been eating moderatly well (average) with some sugary items but and i have been going gym twice a week anyway i got weighed up expecting to have gained weight (before i exercised so i could get a true reading) so this is what it came up with 121.6kg! thats a loss of 3.6kg so either way you look at it ok last week i messed up but the light work before that has made an affect! this has made me happy on monday my supp's and thermos come and i am ready to continue my diet and regime fully im happy today.
