I'm down to 252.5 today, which is very exciting and raises the dim chance that I might possibly make 250, finally, this month, which would be about the most exciting thing ever. I always seem to get within finger's grasp of it and then get distracted. But I've been very strict with myself recently. That's been helped, unfortunately, by the fact that I've been rather ill, and food has had little savor. I don't know how well I'll be able to do once food is pleasurable again. I shall at the very least need a tremendous splurge day to celebrate that. Still, I'll take advantage of it while it's happening.

nice start sophie but dont be so harsh, i agree it is stupid.. i know i am
but u should be at least abit proud u r tryin. Its never easy to lose weight so just dont make it harder by all the mean self-talk
