Wow! you'r doing so awesome in such a short time! You can totally tell the difference!
I look forward to following your journal and some tips, as I am the same age and height and stats as you... And I REALLY want to achieve something this year! I am really excited...but I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do to get to where I want to be. It's hard to set realistic goals for oneself sometimes...
P.S. I live 2 hours from calgary... how kewl is that ?

So it has been a while since I have written ( took a couple months off from the Gym) but I am Back with more motivation then ever. Here is the story...
I recently just went for my breast reduction consultation and hopefully will be going under the knife with in the next 6 months. I am super excited but also want to make sure I am at my best I have the surgery so that I don’t get saggy skin afterwards. Ideally I would like to drop 30 more pounds since I have started this journey I have kept off about 10 pounds. I was down 17 this summer and gained 7 back through the course of 4 weddings, a camping trip and many fun nights spent with friends and alcohol dancing the night away. I finally found someone to work out with, A lady at my work is having the same surgery as I am ( Breast Reduction) even with the same surgeon and we both would like to lost 30LBS before the surgery. Our goal is for the End of April. We have decided to go to the gym 3 times a week (Tues, Wed, and Thursday) together right after work for an hour. Tonight will be our 3rd session together and so far its going great. I can’t believe how much more fun working out is with someone along your side to motivate you and keep you on track. I will also be attending the Saturday morning aerobics class to give me a boost. We have both weighed in I currently stand at 195.5 her at 160 (she is 4’11”) so by the time we are done I should be about her weight (160 ish) and she will be at 130, after the surgery I will most likely weigh about 1505 ish. I am so excited. Still haven’t gotten a proposal from my boyfriend yet but I am hoping that it is coming within the next 6 months. I just need to keep focused. Still reading lots about Nutrition and have started taking Greens + to balance out my PH levels. All in all I am very happy these days and can not wait to be at my goal. Will try to post as often as I can when I am on my lunch break. Ta ta for now.

It sounds like you're off to a great start. I just started diet/excercising last wednesday and it sounds like we have a lot in common. I weighed 197.5 last week and now weigh 192.5. (I hate having gigantic boobs too, always have hated it so I feel your pain there!) Anyway, feel free to talk. I need motivation too! I cracked tonight and proclaimed Friday nights as my eat anything I want to night. I ate two bites of a salad, three chicken fingers, fries, and drank a dr. pepper!!! I definetly have to go to the gym first thing in the morning! Keep up the good work and you look beautiful!

Welcoem back,
I remember you! Well done for maintaining the 10 pound weight loss... I also took a hiatus during September and also maintained, which I think is really important, because losing will be a few months (or years), but maintaining will be the rest of our lives!
Great plan to have a weigh loss buddy, I don't have one (had one initially but she deserted me) but my man pushes me to go to the pool every day, since he is a swimmer and I don't want to look like a wimp to him so I try my best every day. It made a huge difference!

Large breasts are a bit of a pain aren't they? How big are yours? Is there a medical reason for the surgery (backproblems) or is it mainly about how you feel? Both are equally important because one affects the other massively!
I think that having a plan is like 50% done already, because now you just have to follow your own guidelines and you will see the change in no time.
Have a wonderful weekend, Camy

I am totally straight, but wanted to say good luck and keep to it. I saw the pics you first posted and you are gorgeous at any weight, but if this is to be healthy then more power to you!
