Breakfast smoothie Gym - Boxing class
Banana
Half a bagel with pb
Chicken/broccoli Gym - swimming
Luna bar
Salmon/Cauliflower/Tomato
1/4 bagel with pb, half an apple
Note - I've had 3 coffees today - a double long and two mediums from second cup - a lot of caffeine.

Rep Power: 0 | | Starting to tighten up a bit more - down to 145. Hope its not the water - I'll update the ticker and we can see what happens!
Fighting the urge to binge a bit today. Stressed out. Didn't have a real lunch (stupid) so snacking and trying to figure out whether it is hunger or stress. I now think it is stress.... Trying to make it through to dinner!
This was a bad day - need to rebound tomorrow!
Breakfast smoothie Gym - Weight circuit, 20 mins running, a bit of swimming
Half an apple
Luna Bar
7 almonds, 1 cashew
one tomato, one red pepper. Fresca.
One maple cookie from the Health Food store - these are excellent!
Apple
12 almonds
Orange
Bite of biscotti
16 almonds (!) - I'm making dinner right now! Having some diet soda helped - though I try not to drink it too often - sometimes you can only drink so much water!
Cod/broccoli - tasted like soap - I think I need to wash out my steamer better
Luna bar
Apple
Approx 80 almonds - ouch
2 biscotti
Small chocolate bar
Coffee - two double long.

Rep Power: 0 | | | After yesterday's fiasco, I need to get back on track... I'm hoping that this site and your comments will help me do this... in the past if i did what i did yesterday it would continue for several days!
Oh well - here we go for today:

1.5 pieces of toast with pb
Store bought cooked salmon / red/green peppers
20 almonds
Muffin
7 granola bars
Meat tortellini

Not that it's a contest, but umm.. I did terrible yesterday too! HA.
Hubby and I went to this awesome restaurant and ate some really REALLY amazing food. I guess I should do my usual list in my diary.
Welcome to the WLF and your diary, and you know, what's a day? It's behind you and just keep moving forward.

Just reading thru diaries and noticed yours. Sounds like you've come a long way already, according to your ticker. Your food and exercise sound great. How do you like your PT? I currently have one too. I've had him for almost a year and he has taught me so much and made me do things physically I never thought I could do.
