So....Today begins my
weight loss diary. I`m 26 years old female out of Michigan. I`ve been on a
diet for 2 weeks already and I dropped 10
pounds so far

The weight when I started my
diet 2 weeks ago was at 236 lbs

Now I`m at 226 lbs

My 3 month
goal is to drop down to 180 lbs within 3 months.
This is what I had today
Breakfast:
1 Bottle of water (Skinny Water) 30 min. before breakfast
1 Bowl of Special K red berries cereals
Lunch:
1 Bottle of Water (Skinny Water) 30 min. before Lunch
1 6 inch Turkey Breast & Ham(Subway)
1 Apple
Dinner: will update tonight
Exercise: None
any advice from you guys is appreciated
