Rep Power: 6 | | I am still dieting (eating healthy foods). My weight has been at a stand still. I havent lost anymore weight. Maybe I havent been trying hard enough. I am slacking on working out. I have been tired lately from work. When I get home I just want to relax. My goal weight is still in my head, I really want to lose my love handles. |

FRIDAY I weigh in I hope sooo bad to be at least 162.....REALLY I hate the 160s but I'll take every push and shove I can get right now......
And about relaxing, that happened to me this past week too and I noticed those days I was tired I was too lazy to take my vitamins so maybe that had something to do with it!

Tell you the truth I feel like eating junk food and sleep all day, oh and drink alot of beer.

Rep Power: 6 | | I started kick boxing, in a real gym. It is a hell of a work out but its kind of fun. I havent lost weight, but I am also not watching what I eat. I think I am just eating what I can. I was doing so good, writing my food I ate down and counting calories....shut I am so mad at my self. When I got down to 148I should have kept going, instead I quit and gained it all back.
Well my plan is to eat small and workout plenty, only time will tell. |
