green tea?

I started this Oprah Green Tea Supplement recently, seems like this woman does everything, but its one of the better things I've added to my daily routine. I continue to exercise but I drink about a cup a day. Since I started it about 5 weeks ago I've lost about 12 1/2lbs. I dont know weather thats the exercise finally doing something, but it is definitely worth a shot. If anyone knows much more about this product please let me know.
