Rep Power: 56 | | Also, I tried on my "motivational bathing suit" today. And that shit doesn't zip up, nor go on over easy on my thick ass thighs!...Ptrrrr... .....Motivated me. ..but I'm not sure, I can make it into it in one month!...It's tight..and it says size 8 on it.
...I am so lost as to what size I really am...everything, every manufacturer is ALL DIFFERENT SIZES. I only have my one set manufacturer "Express Editor Edition Pants"...to keep me sane. Other than that...work harder!!!... !!!
...I'm gonna take my lunch break soon, and do some type of workout!..maybe jump on the treadmill at my mom's since it's close to work!...And walk/run or something with some 5 lb weights for like 20-30 mins. Little goals...I can do that! Sow a Thought, and you reap an Act;
Sow an Act, and you reap a Habit;
Sow a Habit, and you reap a Character;

..... This is my destiny & I am GRABBING THAT SHIT...minute by minute, step by step, meal by meal...I can do this!!".. !.........

Rep Power: 53 | | Hey gorgeous! What's a "motivational bathing sut"?
I thought the resorts we were headed too were a little sparse on fabric? My motivational bathing suit is the one I look at in the mirror every time I hop in or out of the shower...
Personally, I bet you look great in that one...
I can't wait to hear how your vacation goes. You'll be back rigth before I go out on mine so I'll be reading your trip report with great interest. |

Rep Power: 59 | | Hi Alta, That sounded so sweet teaching your little brother to cook eggs at first light. Kids do take you so literally & never forget anything you say it seems. I wanted to tell you that I did a 10km walk on Saturday. It was only meant to be 2 laps around a river walk but I had done 3 & then found out each lap was 2.5km so did another just to make it 10. I know it's no marathon & I was walking but I felt really good about doing it as it's the first time in my adult life that I have. There is no stopping you now Alta that you have become a "Marathon Honey." Your energy & enthusiasm continue to inspire (& entertain) us all. Take care my sweet & gorgeous friend, xoxo Cate |

You are doing the Jillian Michael's workouts??? That shit if ROUGHHHH. I've done it before. Good results though. After the 6th day I saw the difference in my arms. I like all the biggest loser DVDs as well. THe only one I don't have is power sculpt. And I want to get the Fitness Ultimatum 2010 for the Wii (another Jillian Michaels thing)
Looks like you are doing amazingggg!!! Keep it up, and I will definitely be here to cheer you on! |
